Claire’s patience with us and calm manner and the solutions she suggested were exceptional. We had just come back from a cruise and whilst most of our party loved the experience my wife has vertigo and had really not anticipated the affect of motion sickness. We recently booked a cruise for the Fjords in Norway. Scarlett was the agent who took our booking she was very knowledgeable on cruise bookings and made the whole process hassle free for us. We spoke to Vicky Wood to arrange our week away to Cyprus, Vicky was so very helpful and nothing was a bother to her, she managed all our expectations with ease and made it a stress free process as we were limited to when we could go and needed good flight times, as well as getting us seated together as this is a main factor. We use Vicky all the time and couldn’t think of using anyone else. Thanks Vicky.

We were in Hays to have our boarding passes printed off. Whilst there we spoke with Cameron about possibly booking a holiday in Menorca next May. Cameron found us the ideal holiday - so not only did we get our boarding passes for next week's holiday but a holiday to look forward to in May next year. Thanks for your help Cameron.

Could not get better service. Nothing was to much trouble answered all our questions and made us feel at ease to ask questions. So helpful and understanding making sure we understood everything. Left your office feeling on cloud nine.

Samantha was very personable and responsive. She found the best deal for me - and I had done an extensive personal search beforehand - so I was delighted. There was a delay before I could confirm the booking and she stayed in touch without being intrusive or pressurising. I would highly recommend Hays and Samantha as an agent.

We have booked a holiday with Hays before. The staff were very helpful, very professional. We felt they understood our needs and requirements and responded to those in a positive way offering constructive advice. So it was a ‘no brainier’ decision to book a holiday again. Hillsborough branch so helpful

Went into the hillsborough branch yesterday and was seen by Molly I wanted to book transport from airport to hotel and also a trip I have had a lot of upset and stress recently and was not at my best but Molly listen patiently and organised everything for me . I left feeling that a big weight had been lifted off my shoulders . Thank you to everyone in the branch who were all lovely but especially Molly xxx

Great service

Very pleased with the advice and service received from Jake at Hays Travel in Southport. We went in for advice after getting lost with all the internet offers!
