At night, the pool becomes a stage, and the Dome completely transforms into an entertainment venue with a South Beach vibe, state-of-the-art lighting effects and stunning entertainment.

Princess Arena

Our Princess Theater has evolved into the Princess Arena, our most technologically advanced performance space. We can configure it in different ways — even in the round! — and its crowning glory is an LCD panel that brings productions to life. More ways to configure the stage means more ways to entertain you.

Princess Live!

Princess Live! provides non-stop entertainment throughout the day and each evening with trivia, game shows, the Daily Wake Show, live concerts and late-night comedy. Our new design is relaxed and right next to the nearby dining venues — Crown Grill and Good Spirits At Sea — seamlessly integrating your entertainment and dining favorites.

Princess Casino

We’re upping the ante with a sleek new look and central location for our friendliest casino at sea. Come play with us, whether slots or table games.

Princess Cruises Europe Cruisetours

Already taken a European cruise? Concerned that a cruise-only vacation won’t let you see enough of Europe? Princess Cruises has the solution for the experienced European travelers, or those just seeking a more in-depth vacation experience: European Cruisetours. Extend your voyage, delve deeper and make sure you don’t miss a wine pairing here, or a castle exploration there. Whether you’re an epicurean explorer looking for the perfect dish, or a historical maven yearning to uncover a piece of history, you can make it happen—just choose a Europe Cruisetour with Princess Cruises.

Things to Do on an Europe Cruisetour with Princess Cruises

Anxious to explore Europe, but worried a standard cruise won’t let you see enough of this magnificent continent? Consider a Princess Cruises Europe cruisetour where a pre- or post-cruise land tour is bundled with a cruise to create the best of both worlds. Princess offers several different European cruisetours, each highlighting different regions or sites with trips to the Swiss Alps, France’s Palace of Versailles, Ireland’s castles and much more. Featured below are some of the best ways to spend your time when on a Princess Cruises Europe Cruisetour:

Princess Cruises Luzern Switzerland

  • Swiss Alps and Medieval History (Lucerne, Switzerland) While riding by motorcoach, take in the Renaissance fountains and cathedrals of Switzerland’s medieval towns. After arriving in Lucerne, enjoy a guided walking tour with the Swiss Alps in the background. Your tour will lead you through the Old Town, into the covered 14th-century Chapel Bridge and ultimately to a Swiss folklore dinner show.

Princess Cruises Famous Palace Versailles Near Paris France

  • Palace of Versailles (Paris, France) Located just a short ride from Paris is the remarkable Palace of Versailles. There’s not much humble about Versailles’ design and décor, but it wouldn’t be nearly as fascinating to tour if there were. An engaging guide will lead you through the Hall of Mirrors and Royal Chapel before leaving you with plenty of extra time to explore the 250-acre gardens at your own pace.

Princess Cruises Dunquin Pier on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland

  • Ring of Kerry (Killarney, Ireland) Few places on earth offer a landscape as striking as Ireland’s coasts. This excursion will lead you around the “Ring of Kerry” – a 100-mile stretch of non-stop valleys, mountains, lakes and ocean panoramas. After a charming drive through Killarney National Park, you’ll visit the stately Muckross House and the fortified 15th-century Ross Castle.

Princess Cruises Parliament building in the city of Budapest Hungary

  • Lively Budapest, (Budapest, Hungary) Follow a local guide through the streets of Hungary’s capital and largest city, Budapest. You’ll see the Fisherman’s Bastion upon Castle Hill, along with the nearby Matthias Church, both of which blend neo-Romanesque with neo-Gothic architectural styles for beautiful results. Additional highlights include the Dohany Street Synagogue, the elegant Andrassy Avenue boulevard and the Thermal Baths – a must-see attraction considering Budapest is nicknamed the “City of Baths.”

Princess Cruises Brandenburg Gate of Berlin Germany

  • Berlin Sightseeing (Berlin, Germany) Spend a day touring beautiful Berlin, Germany. Walk through the towering columns of Brandenburg Gate, Charlottenburg Palace and the Reichstag building which was beautifully restored after the German reunification in 1990. You can also visit Checkpoint Charlie to remember the troubling division established during the Cold War.

Princess Cruises Avignon France Pope Palace in Avignon

  • City of the Popes (Avignon, France) Avignon, France is often referred to as the “city of the popes” – and for good reason, for here stands the grand Palace of the Popes, a medieval fortress that served as the Papal Palace until 1377. After touring the palace, enjoy a fresh meal with local wines at the Domaines Mousset vineyards in the Chateauneuf-du-Pape region of southeastern France.

Princess Cruises Announces Revised 2025 World Cruise Itineraries

  • April 30, 2024

Island Princess

Due to the ongoing situation in the Red Sea, Princess Cruises is revising the itineraries for its two 2025 World Cruises, adding new stops in Africa and Europe. The sailings will no longer visit the Middle East or Asia.

“A Princess World Cruise is truly the voyage of a lifetime and after careful consideration with guidance from global security experts and government authorities, we know our guests will understand and appreciate the change to our upcoming 2025 itineraries to avoid certain areas,” said Terry Thornton, chief commercial officer of Princess Cruises.

“These global events beyond our control have necessitated these reroutings but we are pleased to continue to ensure these world cruises retain destination-rich itineraries with incredible stops along the West Africa coast and the Mediterranean.”

The first World Cruise itinerary sails aboard the Island Princess from North America. The 116-day World Cruise offers two roundtrip options with departures from Ft. Lauderdale on January 5, 2025, and Los Angeles on January 20, 2025. This world tour visits 46 destinations in 24 countries and six continents, ending in Los Angeles on May 17, 2025.

The revised World Cruise itinerary, from February 16 to April 9, departs Sydney traveling to Melbourne and Perth and then to South Africa. From there, the voyage resumes the scheduled itinerary starting in Valletta, Malta on April 9.

Guests scheduled to join the cruise from Dubai on March 14, 2025, will now embark or disembark four days earlier on March 9, in Cape Town, South Africa. Booked guests disembarking in Cape Town will be refunded the amount equivalent to four days of the cruise fare while those joining earlier will not face additional costs. All these guests will also receive a $300 onboard credit.

The second 2025 itinerary sails aboard the Crown Princess departing from Auckland on May 31, 2025; and Sydney on June 4, 2025. The 113-day journey includes stops at 42 destinations in 22 countries, across five continents. The ship will travel via Africa instead of the Red Sea and Asia. The fully revised itinerary is currently being finalized and will be communicated shortly, the company said in a press release.

Learn More About Our New Season of 2025 Europe Cruises

Our newest ship in Europe, Celebrity Ascent℠, visits a new port of call, Bar, Montenegro—a charming port city that offers a blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. If Iceland is on your bucket-list, we’re adding a new port of call there as well, the quaint village of Djupivogur. This coastal gem has Viking origins, so if you’re looking for something off the beaten path, this is the place for you. We’re also adding round-trip sailings from Reykjavik for even more opportunities to explore this must-see destination. We’re also returning to Trondheim, Norway, and although it’s not a new port for us, we haven’t been there for more than 20 years, so it feels like new. This picturesque town is nestled in Trondheim fjord and is equal parts medieval and modern. We’re also returning to Amsterdam, the heart of the Netherlands, as a homeport, so you’ll have the opportunity before or after your sailing—or both—to discover all the wonders this modern city with a small-town vibe has to offer.

To be even more immersed in the local culture of the places you visit, we’ve added more overnight stays to give you a taste of the nightlife as well as offering more port visits of 12 hours or longer, so you can do and see even more while ashore. To get an incredibly in-depth experience in Europe, you can take a grand tour of up to 28 days, without repeating a single city, aboard Celebrity Equinox®. Simply book back-to-back itineraries, step aboard, and begin the journey of a lifetime. In fact, with six ships, six departure ports, and a wide variety of itineraries ranging from 7 to 11 nights that visit more than 23 countries, and 98 ports of call, you’re sure to find the perfect vacation in Europe to satisfy the explorer within.

Want to experience the best of Europe with time to experience everything our indulgent ships have to offer? Check that transatlantic crossing off your bucket list. Our new transatlantic itineraries begin in, and visit some of, the best cities in Europe, while giving you all the time you need to do everything you want on board—or simply relax, rejuvenate, and watch the brilliant ocean scenery, while you sail across the great Atlantic Ocean.
