How do i get my card.

Easy: to get a Trentino Guest Card, just  book your holiday in one of our hotels or other accommodation options . The Card is included in your stay at  no additional cost  and will be sent to you directly by email or sms before your arrival. If you do not have a smartphone, you can ask for your card to printed out when you check in. Trentino Guest Card also includes kids under the age of 18, free of charge.

Available for both  Android  and  iOS , the Trentino Guest Card app means your card is with you wherever you go, providing useful info for your holiday. You can use the app  to validate tickets for travel on all forms of public transport in Trentino during your holiday , from the validity start date on your Guest Card. Here's how:

How do I get one?

It couldn’t be simpler. To get your Trentino Guest Card, just book a stay in one of our hotels or other accommodation facilities. In Trentino, the Card is always  included in your stay , at no extra cost. It will be sent straight to you via email or SMS before you arrive at your accommodation facility. The Trentino Guest Card is for all, and its advantages also include children and minors.

The advantages of the Trentino Guest Card extend to all members of a group staying in the same facility, including minors.

Mio Trentino App

Available for both Android and iOS , the App allows you to have the Card with you at all times and gives you useful information for your holiday. All you have to do is download it for free from the store and register, enter your card details, click on “YOUR GUEST CARD” and show it at the ticket offices of museums, castles and attractions. Find out how to activate the digital card and have all the services at your fingertips! Trentino Guest Card gives you unlimited access to the Trentino Trasporti urban (of Trento, Rovereto, Alto Garda and Pergine) extra-urban public transport network. You can also travel on regional trains – Brennero, Valsugana and Trento-Malè lines – on provincial routes. To travel on public transport you only have to validate the journey through the APP Mio Trentin o. In the Services˃ “Travel on buses and trains” section you will find the ticket to be validated each time you use it, by pointing at the QRcode or manually entering the code you find on board buses or at train stations. If you don’t have a smartphone, ask at the tourist offices or the establishment where you are staying for the Transport Card, to be validated on board buses or at train stations and always accompany your Guest Card.

Using public transport to get to Trentino?

After making a reservation at one of the participating facilities, ask for the Trentino Guest Card immediately and activate the “ First Day Mobility Pass ” straight from the App.

The pass includes discount codes for travelling to Trentino with FlixBus and MarinoBus, and once you are in Trentino, it allows you to use public transport free of charge to reach the area where you are staying (the pass is only valid on the day of your arrival and for journeys originating or ending in Trentino and must be displayed on the APP or smartphone on board). To continue enjoying free travel in Trentino for the entire duration of your holiday, all you have to do is use the Mio Trentino APP or ask for the Transport card at your lodgings or in a tourist information centre. This must be validated on board the bus or at the railway station.

How do I get one?

To obtain your Garda Guest Card, simply stay at a Partner Premium accommodation facility in Garda Trentino. You will receive your card at the time of booking via email or at the reception upon your arrival.

Book your holiday through the gardatrentino.it/booking website and you will automatically receive a Garda Guest Card via email.

Already booked but haven’t yet received your Garda Guest Card? Request one from your accommodation facility.

How long does my Garda Guest Card remain valid for?

Your Garda Guest Card will remain valid for you and your travel companions for the entire duration of your holiday in Garda Trentino, even if it’s just for a one-night stay.

Your Card is valid immediately from the day of your arrival. This means you can also use public transport for free to reach your accommodation.

How much does it cost?

The Garda Guest Card is free and cannot be purchased from accommodation facilities or Garda Trentino info points. It will be given to you by your chosen accommodation facility, either at the time of booking or at reception.

How does it work and how do I activate it?

Garda Guest Cards are usually used in digital format, via the Mio Trentino app ( App Store , Google Play ).

Your accommodation facility will send you an email with a link to download the app and an alphanumeric code to activate your digital card.

To activate it, just follow these steps:

• Once the app is downloaded, click on Log In to register;
• Select Link Your Guest Card and enter the alphanumeric activation code;
• Click on Verify , enter the ages of all travel companions, and then Activate .

How do I use my Card at museums and attractions?

To access the museums and attractions included in your Garda Guest Card, open the Mio Trentino app and first click on Use Your Guest Card and then Show Your Guest Card .

How do I use my Card on public transport and Bus&Go?

Your Garda Guest Card provides limitless travel on all public transport services in the province of Trento (urban buses, intercity buses, local railway lines). Here’s how it works:

• Open the Mio Trentino app and click on Show Your Guest Card ;
• Select Travel With Guest Card and Validate Your ride ;
• Scan the QR code you find on board.

For the Bus&Go service, simply show the card to the driver (see the previous question).

What if I don't have a smartphone?

You can request a paper card when booking. During check-in, your accommodation facility will provide you with a paper version, paired with a magnetic transport card, so that you can use public transport for free.

What is the difference between the Garda Guest Card and the Trentino Guest Card?

• PINÉ - TRENTO SHUTTLE BUS : free and reserved seat for Trento Guest Card holders only on the shuttle bus connecting the Piné Plateau to Trento. On Friday 8, Saturday 9, 16, 23, 30 December and 6 January 2024, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. every 2 hours. If you travel outside the region , you need to buy a ticket only for the part of the trip which is outside the region. You can buy the tickets at the train station in Caldonazzo. There is an automatic machine inside the building. When selecting: buy tickets, you must than select: change station of departure: *For Venice : select PRIMOLANO to VENEZIA SANTA LUCIA and back *For Verona : select BORGHETTO SULL’ADIGE to VERONA PORTA NUOVA and back *For Bassano : select PRIMOLANO to BASSANO DEL GRAPPA and back *For Bolzano : select SALORNO to BOLZANO and back

Traveling by train with bikes

The Guest Card includes the transport of bicycles. The train must be equipped for the transport of bicycles and the possibility of taking the bike with you depends on availability.
