This country legend’s former home is 12,819 square feet and located in Lebanon, which is just about a 45-minute ride just east outside of Nashville. When I say it’s the most beautiful home I’ve laid my eyes on thus far – I mean it. The courtyard and manicured gardens, the spiral staircase, the gorgeously carved wooden accents, the granite kitchen walls – the fame of it all. There’s also a pool, a tennis court, and a dock out back as it sits just on the water. But the master bathroom, LAWD honey child. Regal. Reba sold it in 2017 for $3 million and it’s actually an event space now.

Jake Owen’s former pad was located in Kingston Springs which is just about 23 miles southwest of Nashville. This is rustic luxe at its best. This $1.6 million 4-bedroom, 6 bath, 5,229 square foot home is kind of like the quintessential country family dream home. The gorgeous spiral staircase, the marble fireplaces, countertops, and showers – dear Lord baby Jesus. Everything in this house is beautifully crafted using superior materials — nothing insanely over-the-top or too extravagant – just modest luxury. Five bedrooms, 10 baths, and a whopping 22,426 square feet. Holy moly. But could we really expect anything less for the king and queen of country? I mean this thing is MEGA. Like, I’m talking compound, mega, not just your everyday McMansion mega.  You know how big it is? You could literally fit the neighbor’s mansion inside their backyard/pool area.

So, for those of you who are presently unaware, Jack White is my future ex-husband. He may not be aware of that yet, either, but minor details, folks. So the king of rock (yes I said it!!) has an amazing 18,490 square foot house located in Nashville complete with a huge outdoor pool, a wrap-around porch, an adorably quaint back patio and a fire engine red guest house? Studio? I’m not sure. He’s notoriously private so don’t hold your breath on the interior pics.

Nothing spectacular on the outside in terms of design, but just all-around beautiful and I am dying for the front patios on every level. I mean this thing is insane. Our girl’s gated country estate is located in Forest Hills, TN, which is just next to Brentwood, just outside of Nashville. Vaulted ceilings in the formal living room, a den, a study, a terrace room, guest suites, and a gorgeous outdoor patio and pool area.  There’s also a beautiful fountain and lit columns in the backyard. It’s quaint for Taylor, but it’s classy, it’s understated, and it’s secluded – which is just what our gal needs.

Sheryl Crow

Purchased in 2011 for $3.6 million, Crow’s country estate was covered in Country Living and is literally just to die for. It’s not that the house is insanely remarkable in any way, it’s that this woman’s got a major knack for interior décor and I’m literally dying over it.

I mean she’s got it all – a  huge collection of antique books, vintage signage EVERYWHERE and even these super cute vintage tea caddies she discovered in a flea market in Franklin.

There’s also a beautiful piano room (of course there is) with a gorgeous grand piano and a separate barn studio where she records her music (with her 31 guitars). She also created a saloon downstairs but that’s not the killer y’all. To top it all off – she literally built her own church on her own property as a little safe haven and decorated it with her collection of religious statues, figurines, glass cloches, vintage suitcase, and oil portraits.

When I spotted professional ice skater Scott Hamilton at a Titans Game, I looked him up and found that he and his wife Tracy live in Franklin — not too far away from Christian recording artist Michael W. Smith’s farm .

After Grand Ole Opry debut, Carin León is headed to one of Nashville's biggest stages

Singer-songwriter Carin León is headed back to Nashville on his "Boca Chueca 2024 Tour." He will perform at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Sunday, Oct. 13.

The "Boca Chueca Tour" will span cities across North America and Europe, hitting New York City, Chicago, Toronto and Los Angeles. His European tour leg will head to Madrid, London, Amsterdam and Paris.

The Mexican-born musician is known for his regional Mexican music hits, like songs "Primera City," "Que Vuelvas" and "Según Quién," with Maluma.

The tour announcement follows León's performance at Coachella.

“Embarking on this tour is an exhilarating opportunity to share my new music with fans throughout North America and Europe alike. Taking my songs and the vibrant essence of 'Música Mexicana' to a global stage is truly an honor,” said León in a press release.

On Thursday night, León will perform the first single from his upcoming album, “Cuando La Vida es un Trago,” live at the Latin American Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Carin León headed back to Music City after Grand Ole Opry debut

In February, the singer made his Grand Ole Opry debut to the delight of screaming fans and support from his musician friends Leon Bridges and Kane Brown.

"I'm humbly honored to [gain the approval] of Nashville's country community. I want to be a representative of its culture and music," León told The Tennessean.

"Everyone wants to embrace the cowboy spirit because [it arrives] from an undeniably good feeling [inspired] by hard work," he said.

Taylor Swift will never be out of style — or at least out of homes.

The superstar has built up a real estate portfolio that is worth at least $100 million, according to property records seen by Business Insider. She's used trusts and limited liability companies (LLCs) to buy homes throughout the US.

Swift reached billionaire status last year, and her record-breaking Eras Tour is a big factor in her fortune. 

Some of her most recognizable abodes are her multiple apartments in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City and the sprawling Rhode Island mansion where the star hosts her famous friends for summer parties.

In 2009 at age 19, Swift made her first major purchase: a 4,000-square-foot, three-bedroom penthouse in The Adelicia in Nashville, Tennessee for $1.99 million.

Not only is The Adelicia close to Nashville's Music Row, but it also has a private garage, heated pool, and fitness center, according to the building's website.  

As of 2021, the appraised value of the apartment is over $3.7 million, according to public property records viewed by BI.

Swift told Vulture that she designed the penthouse herself. When she spoke to the publication in 2013, she had a photo on display of Kanye West interrupting her at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Under the photo she reportedly wrote, "Life is full of little interruptions."

Swift reportedly bought the Northumberland Estate in Forest Hills, Tennessee in 2011 for $2.5 million.

The estate has an appraised property value of about $3.7 million as of 2021. Although multiple outlets — including The Wall Street Journal — have reported that Swift owns the mansion, BI was unable to confirm her ownership via property records in 2024. (We've reached out to her representatives in an attempt to clarify if she still owns the property.)

The Northumberland Estate is a Greek Revival-style home that was built around 1934. It formerly belonged to Guilford Dudley Jr., who served as the US ambassador to Denmark, WSJ reported.

Swift bought an 11,000-square-foot colonial-style mansion in Watch Hill, Rhode Island for $17.75 million in 2013.

The home, formerly known as Holiday House , was built in 1904. Swift wrote "the last great american dynasty" on her "folklore" album about the home's former owner, Rebekah Harkness.

She reportedly paid for the home in cash.

"I got the house when I was in my early twenties as a place for my family to congregate and be together," Swift told Entertainment Weekly , saying that she learned about Harkness "as soon as I was being walked through [her former Rhode Island] home."

Swift is known for throwing Fourth of July parties at the house, which is at the highest point of Watch Hill and has views of Little Narragansett Bay. The mansion has eight bedrooms, eight fireplaces, and a pool.

It now has an assessed value of $20,434,100, according to property records.

Swift bought the Beverly Hills mansion known as the Goldwyn Estate in 2015 for $25 million.

The property now has an assessed value of just under $30 million, according to property records. 

Swift reportedly bought the estate through an LLC from the Goldwyn family . It belonged to the legendary Hollywood producer who was part of the iconic Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film studio, and reportedly hosted old Hollywood stars such as Clark Gable and Bette Davis.

The mansion has six bedrooms, a tennis court, a whole apartment for guests, and a swimming pool.

In 2017, the home was granted historic landmark status, WSJ reported.

Swift welcomed herself to New York by buying two penthouse units in Tribeca's Sugar Loaf building in 2014 for $19.95 million.

She had the penthouses converted into an 8,309-square-foot duplex, which now has 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Swift bought the penthouses from "The Lord of the Rings" director Peter Jackson through an LLC.

Three years later in 2017, she bought the townhouse next door for $18 million, and in 2018, she purchased yet another apartment in the Sugar Loaf building for $9.75 million. All four of her reported NYC apartments can be linked by LLCs that share the same tax addresses on property records.

Andrew Azoulay, a real-estate agent in Manhattan, told The Wall Street Journal that he advised Swift to buy the townhouse to act as a private garage and to buy the second-floor apartment to connect the garage to her duplex in the Sugar Loaf building. 

Her townhouse has been the target of break-in attempts over the years. In January, a man was arrested for trying to gain access to the building while Swift was attending the Kansas City Chiefs game versus the Bills in Buffalo .

Morgan Wallen speaks out after allegedly throwing chair off Nashville rooftop

Morgan Wallen is breaking his silence after he was arrested in Nashville for allegedly throwing a chair from a downtown rooftop.

"I didn't feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s," he posted on X , formerly Twitter, on April 19. "I'm not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility."

Wallen's statement continued in a second post : "I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe. Regarding my tour, there will be no change."

Wallen , 30, was booked into jail April 8 on three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct in connection to a Sunday night incident, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by USA TODAY, at 10:53 p.m. local time on April 7, two police officers were standing in front of  Chief's Bar  in the city's entertainment district on Lower Broadway when they saw a chair fall from above and hit the street about three feet from them.

In the affidavit, police wrote, the bar's staff members told officers Wallen threw the chair, and when officers reviewed video footage of incident, it showed him "lunging and throwing an object off the roof." Police wrote they arrested Wallen on reckless endangerment charges because two officers were in the area and the incident posed a danger to public.

Morgan Wallen's rollercoaster career: From 'The Voice' to his arrest

Chief's Bar, owned by country music singer, Eric Church,  is a six-story building . No injuries were reported.

Davidson County Sheriff's Office online records show Wallen was booked into jail at 12:36 a.m. local time and released from jail around 3:30 a.m. A court official previously told USA TODAY Wallen posted a $15,250 bond.

Online court records reviewed by USA TODAY on April 8 showed Wallen is due in court next month for a settlement hearing on the charge.

Wallen kick started his career as a contestant on "The Voice" in 2014. Though he didn't win, he signed with Big Loud Records two years later. Wallen's career has had its ups and downs since his debut studio album, "If I Know Me," released in 2018.

In early 2020, he was arrested in Nashville on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. After he was filmed drunkenly using a racial slur (an incident he apologized for), Wallen's record label and agency dropped him, and he later revealed he'd checked into a rehab facility for a month.

Wallen’s most recent album “One Thing at a Time”  peaked at No. 1  on the Billboard 200 chart and produced the Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Last Night.”
