Pete Tong to bring Ibiza Classics to Heritage Live in 2024

Pete Tong will bring his Ibiza Classics to Englefield House in Berkshire as part of Heritage Live on Saturday 20th July 2024.

Joined by Jules Buckley and featuring the Essential Orchestra, Ibiza Classics has firmly cemented itself as part of the live music calendar becoming the world’s most iconic orchestral electronic music event. Celebrating the legacy of dance music, the live show showcases the stunning re-imaginings of timeless classic house tracks.

Combining unique orchestration with unparalleled electronic production, ravers rejoice as it is set to be the party of the year reminiscent of the White Isle and its musical history!

A pillar of dance music with an unparalleled ear for new talent, Pete Tong MBE is undeniably one of the world’s most influential musical figures.

The full line-up has been announced for Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics show this summer in the stunning grounds of the Englefield House in Berkshire.

The show will feature very special guests The Grid , who are reuniting their full, original line-up for the first time in over 20 years for this exclusive UK performance!

Groove Armada will also be joining the line-up, performing one of their legendary DJ sets and the party kicks off from 1pm with a set from a rising star from the Pete Tong DJ Academy!

The Grid were formed in 1988 by Dave Ball of Soft Cell, and Richard Norris. The electronic dance group have released six studio albums since 1990, as well as most recently a collaborative album with Robert Fripp in 2021.

They achieved ten UK Hit Singles, including ‘Crystal Clear’, ‘Texas Cowboys’, ‘Rollercoaster’, and ‘Swamp Thing’, which sold over a million copies worldwide, and became a legendary, dance club anthem.

They will be joined by Groove Armada, one of the planet’s best-loved and biggest selling dance acts who will perform a DJ set, as well as a rising star from the Pete Tong DJ Academy.

Alcohol, Soft Drinks, Food & Campchairs

Please note that alcohol, soft drinks and food cannot be brought into the concert and prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry. Single use plastics are also prohibited, but empty, re-usable containers can be brought in to arena, which can be filled at the many free drinking water points, around the site. There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site.

You are allowed to bring in a camping chair and deck chairs will be available to hire on the evening at £10 each. However, please note that these can only be used in the REAR of the ARENA and you will be prevented from placing them in the front arena, where it is likely to be very busy. There will also be picnic benches and hay bales scattered around the rear edges of the concert arena). For those who have purchased VIP tickets, there will also be some relaxed (unreserved) scattered seating withing the VIP Compound.

TRAVELLING BY CAR / CAR PARKING

Access to the Englefield concert site via road on concert days will be very busy - we recommend setting off early and being prepared to wait for parking. Leaving the site will also take a considerable time due to the limited road infrastructure surrounding the estate. We request that customers please be patient and respectful to our staff and neighbours when leaving the venue. Please allow a maximum of 90mins to enter and to leave the car parks.

There is plenty of car parking space in the grounds of Englefield for the Heritage Live concerts but we do advise purchasing a parking ticket in advance - whilst purchasing your concert tickets you will be offered the option to also purchase a parking ticket (priced at £10 per car) to give you fast-track entry into the car-parks upon arrival. It will also be possible to purchase a car park ticket (cash only) on the evening of your chosen concert.

Exit Junction 12 of the M4, signed for Reading. Take the A4 in the Newbury direction, go straight across at the first roundabout and at the second roundabout turn right onto the A340, signed to Pangbourne. For concerts, the site is accessed via the ornamental gates about half a mile on the left hand side. Please follow the signage to concert parking. There is plenty of car parking space available at Englefield, (charged at £10 per car), and tickets can be purchased in advance (as an add-on when buying your concert ticket) for fast-track entry, or by cash/card on the night. Please note that the local road infrastructure is limited, so please allow up to 90mins to enter and leave the car parks. Access through Englefield Village is not permitted.

The Public Car Parks will be clearly signposted and are accessed via Englefield Lodges on the A340, between the junction with the A4 and Pangbourne. SAT NAV: RG7 5EN

TRAVELLING BY TRAIN

THEALE STATION. The nearest railway station is THEALE, which is just 2 miles away and 5 minutes in a taxi.

READING STATION is a 20 minute rail journey from London Paddington and then just a 7 mile drive to Englefield, which takes 15 minutes in a taxi.

LONDON UNDERGROUND. Reading Station is also served by London Underground's ELIZABETH LINE.

Please download your E-tickets to your mobile phone (or print them off) before leaving for the concert, as Wi-Fi and 4G signals are very limited onsite.

Children aged 14 and under may purchase a Child Ticket (proof may be required upon entry). All children must be accompanied by an adult. Under 5’s free (no ticket required).

CAN I STAY ON THE ESTATE?

There are no facilities for camping, caravans or campervans on the Englefield Estate and please note that vehicles are not permitted to remain in the concert car park overnight.

Prohibited items:

Alcohol, food and soft drinks are not allowed to be brought into the concert site. Prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry.

You are allowed to bring small umbrellas into the concert, but please be mindful of those around you when using them.

As we cannot always rely on British weather, please make sure you have appropriate clothing fit for rain or shine.

The concert arena is set within a natural environment with grass underfoot so please ensure appropriate footwear is worn – leave your high heels at home!

Glass is not allowed into the concert arena

It is strictly prohibited to bring into the venue any weapons, knives, guns, sharp objects, alcohol, illegal substances, legal highs, fireworks, pyrotechnics, sparklers, fires, BBQs, smoke bombs, confetti canons, air horns, lasers or flares.

All bags will be searched at dedicated security points. Personal searches may also be conducted at this point.

Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted.

Drones are strictly prohibited.

Commercial or professional photography, videography or dronography is not permitted.

Please place any rubbish in the bins provided or take it away with you.

Pete Tong and Ibiza Classics Heritage Orchestra announce 2022 arena tour

Kicking off in Cardiff, finishing in London, dates begin mid-November next year

Pete Tong and the Ibiza Classics Heritage Orchestra have announced a 2022 UK arena tour. 

The action kicks off at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena on 23rd November. From there performances hit Brighton (24/11), Nottingham (25/11), Manchester (26/11), and Glasgow (30/11). Moving to December,  a date is confirmed in Birmingham (1/12), alongside two shows at London's O2 Arena, on 2nd and 3rd December 2022. 

News of next year's plans comes just after Tong finished his COVID-delayed Ibiza Classics Tour at the O2 Arena, almost one year after his livestream one-off at the venue, again with the Heritage Orchestra. 

The forthcoming dates will mark the sixth year of the Ibiza Classics Heritage Orchestra project, which sees Tong team up with acclaimed contemporary conductor, Jules Buckley, to deliver new, live renditions of rave, house, and techno classics. Just one example of dance and classical music finding harmony, with brands like  Cream Classical and Haçienda Classical also recently announcing new shows. Tickets go on sale this Friday

Pete Tong has announced the return of his Ibiza Classics Heritage Orchestra show, which will take him to arenas across the UK in 2022.

The show first debuted at The O2 in December 2016 and has returned to huge crowds every year since – with the Heritage Orchestra putting a classical spin on a selection of rave classics.

Next November and December, Tong will be joined by the full orchestra, conductor Jules Buckley, and host of guests for reworkings of house hits like ‘Love Can’t Turn Around’ and ‘Right Here Right Now’.

The tour will kick off in Cardiff on November 23, 2022, eventually finishing up with two dates at London’s O2 Arena on December 2 and 3. Tickets go on general sale this Friday (December 10) at 9.30am GMT here .

Last Saturday (December 4), Tong completed his COVID -rescheduled Ibiza Classics Tour at the O2 Arena. Meanwhile, in December 2020, he returned to The O2 for a one-off livestream of his acclaimed show with the Heritage Orchestra.

In November, Tong was honoured with the prestigious Music Industry Trusts Award . “I’m seriously thrilled and humbled to be standing here receiving the MITS Award because I think this is recognition of dance music’s and club culture’s influence and success,” he said at the ceremony.

“Looking round this room, there are so many people that have been on that journey with me so this is for all of you.”

Back in 2013, Tong was awarded an MBE  for his services to music and broadcasting.

There aren’t many artists that have been immortalized in rhyming slang, but Pete Tong is now well and truly a part of everyday culture for his name and his essential mixes.

Born in Kent in 1960, Tong took to Djing from an early age and played his first public gig at 15. Never sticking to just one thing though, Tong took on many roles while he was coming of age. He and school friends used to promote local bands for extra cash, he booked for a local alternative night and even became held the ‘features editor’ position at ‘Blues & Soul’ magazine. He left this role to become an A&R for London Records and this is when he was first introduced to the new sounds of Chicago House.

Tong fell in love immediately and arranged a compilation album ‘The House Sound of Chicago, Vol. 1’ , a first for the relatively new genre in the UK.

Tong helped to further popularize the genre when he took the helm at a new Electronic Music radio show the BBC were launching and in 1993, alongside producer Eddie Gordon, the ‘Essential Mix’ was launched. The show gained popularity among the booming House music crowd both in the UK and internationally and before long, Pete Tong was an in demand DJ.

He has had residencies in Ibiza, been appointed MBE for his services towards Broadcasting and Music and was behind a number of popular compilations that were all over the charts in the late 90s.

Live reviews

Anybody who listens to BBC Radio 1 (and that’s everybody surely?) will have heard of the global ambassador of dance music himself: Pete Tong. A DJ legend, his arrival on stage was greeted with the mandatory chant of ‘It’s all gone Pete Tong’ from excited festival goers who may or may not have been more than just a bit tipsy. Our excitement was perfectly understandable, I mean the man’s had a movie made about him for Pete’s (get it?) sake! Excited for the likes of Tong’s ‘Essential Mix’ and ‘Essential Selection’ programmes, I was not disappointed. One of the most prestigious DJs of our time, Tong had the decks nailed to a fine art. He span us quite the party and the crowd loved every second of it, becoming wilder and wilder as the night went on. With a seamless blend of dance, house and electronica Tong worked his magic, with every single track fitting perfectly together and not a single second of awkward pause time. Perfect for club nights, festivals or the ultimate Ibiza night, any young fan of dance music/ djs/ fun in any form has to go and see Pete perform. I promise you won’t regret it.

Pete Tong, MBE has shared the stage with some of the dance world's largest names due to his ever expanding reputation as somebody with his finger very much on the pulse of the electro and dance circuit. The Radio 1 DJ is revered in the industry and is often invited to warm up crowds across the world for the likes of Deadmau5 and Avicii.

His own tours have equal acclaim with many flocking to tiny clubs, huge warehouses and festival tents across the UK for a slice of Ibiza as Pete promises to bring his balearic beats with him whenever and wherever he performs. He has a great mixing ability as he merges the downtempo trance that has crowds swaying and getting lost in the moment with the far more house-heavy material to keep them dancing and jumping beneath his DJ decks. Beneath a barrage of lights and visual screens, Pete can look down to hundreds of revellers all raising their hands in a silent salute for the show.

Absolutely brilliant show. There were great graphics with images of Ibiza although all my clubbing years were in the UK. There were some fabulous guest singers including Beverley Knight That helped mix up the show.

The highlight was Insomnia which was worth the ticket price alone.

I'd love to go again.

An unexpectedly good night of dancing to banging dance tunes played by a live 60 strong orchestra. Enormously helped by the great sound system of the O2 arena. Guests vocal spots by Beverley Knight, Wylie and others endured boredom never crept in. Would recommend for any EDM enthusiasts.

Excellent performance last night at The Knockdown Center in Queens NY.

Danced into the early morning hours with my girlfriend!

Really put on a great show and the large crowd loved him!

One of the world’s most influential musical figures Pete Tong will bring his Ibiza Classics show to the stunning grounds of Englefield House near Pangbourne in Berkshire next summer, as part of the Heritage Live concert series.

The DJ, broadcaster and global dance music legend will perform in the grounds of the Elizabethan country house and estate on Saturday 20th July 2024 , and will be joined by Jules Buckley and the Essential Orchestra. The show will also feature special guests, The Grid, who are reuniting their full, original line-up for the first time in over 20 years, Groove Armada, as well as a rising star from the Pete Tong DJ Academy.

How do I get to Englefield House?

By car: Sat Nav co-ordinates: RG7 5EN

Exit Junction 12 of the M4, signed for Reading. Take the A4 in the Newbury direction, go straight across at the first roundabout and at the second roundabout turn right onto the A340, signed to Pangbourne. For concerts, the site is accessed via the ornamental gates about half a mile on the left hand side. Please follow signage to concert parking.

There is plenty of car parking space available at Englefield, (charged at £10 per car), and tickets can be purchased in advance (as an add-on when buying your concert ticket) for fast-track entry, or by cash/card on the night. Please note that the local road infrastructure is limited, so please allow plenty of time for your journey to and from the venue. Access to Englefield Village is not permitted.

By train:  The nearest railway station is Theale, which is just 2 miles away and 5 minutes in a taxi. Reading station is a 20 minute rail journey from London Paddington and then just a 7 mile drive to Englefield, which takes 15 minutes in a taxi.  View taxi telephone at the bottom of this page.

By bicycle: Please find Englefield on the National Cycle Network .

Is there car parking at the venue?

Please note that car parking tickets can be purchased in advance when you book your concert ticket, via our many ticket agents. Car parking tickets can also be purchased on the night for £10 per car (cash or card).

Please be aware that the road infrastructure surrounding Englefield is very limited, so please allow plenty of time for your journey to and from the venue. Please be patient and respectful to our staff and neighbours. Please allow up to 90mins to enter and leave the car parks.

Vehicles are not permitted to remain in the concert car park overnight.

Are there disabled / accessible tickets?

For discounted Disabled/ Accessible tickets, please purchase your tickets online at  AXS Ticketing . Please note that if you require a space on our  Access Viewing Platform (AVP)  or a space within our  Access Zone , you MUST book this option when buying your concert tickets. It will not be possible to change normal concert tickets to Access tickets at a later date. All Access tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

There are three ticket options for Access Customers. For more information about the ticket options, visit Heritage Live's website here .

Accessible Toilets

Accessible Toilets are located at the Accessible Entrance and also adjoining the Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) and Access Zone. There will also be a least two accessible toilets in each of the main toilet blocks in the main arena. These toilets will not require a radar key but are reserved for customers with Access requirements only. An accessible toilet wristband will be required and can be requested at the 'Access Customer Services Check-In' marquee. Additional accessible toilets will also be available on site. For the most up to date information on the location of these toilets and how to access them, please check with the Accessibility Service Team upon arrival.

In addition, ‘Vehicles for Change’ will be providing one of their vehicles for individuals who require either a changing bench and/or hoist or where more space for wheelchair users to access the toilet is needed. The vehicle has either a tail-lift or side-lift with large opening doors which enable the wheelchair user to move straight into the toilet and washroom space. Inside, there is plenty of room for carers or family members who may need to assist or accompany the user. There is a sink at wheelchair height, a toilet with drop down grab rails at either side, a full sized (6 ft) free standing and height adjustable changing bench and an electric ceiling tracked hoist which is compatible with all loop slings. A shower is included with hot and cold running water. They all have heating and consumables such as wipes and disposable gloves and a bin for waste will be provided.

Accessible Parking

Heritage Live offers Access customers an Accessible/ Blue Badge Car Park, which is positioned as near as possible to the Access facilities.

Important notes:

• The Blue Badge Parking ticket is limited to one per paying customer, subject to availability.
• You can book your vehicle space in the Accessible Car Park online (at the same time as when you buy your concert ticket), but if you forget, you will also be able to pay at the gates upon arrival, subject to the following conditions:-
• If you haven't bought your Accessible Parking ticket in advance, you can pay by cash or card as you enter the main entry lanes of the car parks (charged at the discounted rate of £9 per vehicle and subject to availability). You must present your Blue Badge, with matching Photo ID and event ticket upon arrival. If you arrive without this documentation you may be refused entry to the Accessible car parking area. After paying, you will then be directed to the dedicated Accessible Car Park by the parking stewards.
• The Accessible car park will be clearly signposted as you enter the event site, but please do check its exact location for your specific Heritage Live venue and event.  Please e nsure you enter the site via the correct vehicle entrance (see the 'Access facilities map' which will be posted on the Event Information of your chosen concert on the Heritage Live website as the date of the concert approaches .
• An accessible buggy service (for those requiring it) will operate to transport customers to and from the Access/ Blue Badge car park to the dedicated accessible event entrance. This service will begin when gates to the main arena are opened and will continue at the end of the show until all customers have left. For safety reasons there may be a waiting time of up to 30 minutes at the end of the event for this service while the main egress takes place.

Can I bring food and drink?

Food, alcohol and soft drinks must be purchased on site and cannot be brought into the concert arena. Prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry. There will be an array of artisan food traders and bars onsite. Single-use plastics are prohibited. Empty refillable water containers can be brought in to use at the free water filling points

Can I bring my own seating?

You are allowed to bring in a camping chair and deck chairs will be available to hire on the evening at £10 each. However, please note that these can only be used in the REAR of the ARENA and you will be prevented from placing them in the front arena, where it is likely to be very busy. There will also be picnic benches and hay bales scattered around the rear edges of the concert arena). For those who have purchased VIP tickets, there will also be some relaxed (unreserved) scattered seating withing the VIP Compound.

What is included in a VIP ticket?

Take advantage of a VIP Ticket (must be purchased on top of your concert ticket) which entitles you to the facilities of the VIP GUEST AREA.

> VIP toilets, VIP Bar (cards only), unreserved additional relaxed seating areas, plus picnic benches scattered on the grass within the VIP compound, plus 'street artist' entertainment.

> VIP ticket holders will also have early access to the concert arena, when possible.

Can children attend?

Children aged 14 and under may purchase a Child Ticket (proof may be required upon entry). All children must be accompanied by an adult. Under 5’s free (no ticket required).

Can I stay on the Estate?

There are no facilities for camping, caravans or campervans on the Englefield Estate. For more information on camping and caravan sites in Berkshire please visit the official tourist website for South East England .

What happens to my ticket if the event is postponed or cancelled?

In the event the concert is postponed, your ticket will apply for the new date. If you are unable to attend this date, you will be entitled to a refund.

In the event the concert is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund. Please contact your ticket vendor for more details.

This is an outdoor concert, so please dress appropriately. Small umbrellas permitted but please take care and be mindful of those around you when using it.

Please download your E-tickets to your mobile phone (or print them off) before leaving for the concert, as Wi-Fi and 4G signals are very limited onsite.

Can I visit Englefield House?

Englefield House is a private residence and is not open to the public. There will be no access to Englefield House or gardens during the concerts. If you wish to visit Englefield gardens, they are open every Monday. Click here for further details.

Dogs are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.

DJ, broadcaster and global dance music legend Pete Tong has today announced special guest vocalists for upcoming critically acclaimed Ibiza Classics show with Jules Buckley and featuring The Essential Orchestra.

Singer-songwriters and dance music vocal pioneers MNEK, John Martin, Jem Cooke and Jazzy join the line up to perform eight huge arena dates across the UK’s major cities. Kicking off in Glasgow at OVO Hydro on 26th November 2023, Ibiza Classics visits Manchester, Nottingham, Cardiff, Brighton and Birmingham, before concluding with two very special dates at The O2, London on 1st and 2nd December 2023.

Grammy award winning, BRIT and Ivor Novello-nominated artist/producer/writer MNEK, has clocked up an astonishing fifteen years in the music business. With over 4 BILLION streams on MNEK written, featured and produced tracks, he has grown to become a true powerhouse within the British pop world. He has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the industry and written with massive international stars.

Swedish singer, songwriter and producer, John Martin will also take to the stage, having shaped some of the most defining tracks across house and EDM he is best known for his work on the Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum-selling, Swedish House Mafia single ‘Don’t You Worry Child’. John has gone on to collaborate with dance music icons Avicii, Steve Akoi, David Guetta and Martin Garrix.

British singer-songwriter Jem Cooke has been augmenting the UK electronic scene for some years now, a prolific writer and recording artist she has worked with huge artists including Camelphat, Franky Wah, Gorgon City, Zero7, Cristoph, HotSince82, Wilkinson, Damian Lazarus, Kate Simko and Jamie Jones. Continuing her ascent as one of dance music’s most prominent new artists, Irish DJ and vocalist Jazzy will also be performing on the tour. Having announced her highly-anticipated debut EP Constellations today, the record is executive produced by dance-duo Belters Only and features her massive club hits ‘Giving Me’ and ‘Feel It’.

Pete Tong has unveiled details of a new ‘Ibiza Classics’ UK tour for the fall of 2023.

Tong will take the new ‘Ibiza Classics’ show across the UK in autumn next year. He will be joined by The Essential Orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley at arena venues in Glasgow, Manchester, Nottingham, Cardiff, Brighton, Birmingham and London. Tong will play two consecutive nights at the O2 in London next December. Tickets go on general sale at 9.30am on December 9.

Last November, Tong was honored with the prestigious Music Industry Trusts Award. Tong accepted the award, considered one of the benchmarks for lifetime achievement within the music industry, following a gala ceremony celebrating his career at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Last month, it was announced that the pioneering dance music DJ and broadcaster will bring his globally acclaimed ‘Ibiza Classics’ show to Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire next summer.

Also featuring the Essential Orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley, along with a host of guest DJs and singers, the evening will bring the worlds of classical and club together with stunningly reimagined versions of the classic house tracks of the day including Fat Boy Slim “Right Here Right Now,” The Chemical Brothers “Galvanise,” Moloko “Sing It Back,” Seal “Killer,” Faithless “Insomnia” and many more.

Pete Tong’s ‘Ibiza Classics’ show joins the 125 million-selling Oscar, Golden Globe and Grammy-winning singer Lionel Richie on the line-up for next summer’s Nocturne Live series, which takes place at the UNESCO world heritage site of The Great Court at Blenheim Palace from June 14 – 18, 2023.

The Rolling Stones are bringing their hugely successful NO FILTER tour to stadiums in 13 cities across America in 2019 with a stop in Santa Clara, CA on August 18, 2019 at Levi’s®️ Stadium.

The tour follows NO FILTER dates this past year that have taken Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood back out on the road amassing rave reviews as they played to sold out stadiums throughout the UK and Europe. 

Ticket Policy

All guests ages 2 and above must have an event ticket to enter the stadium. There is no re-entry after admittance. Guests should have their tickets ready to scan upon approaching the stadium entry gates. The ticket barcode must be visible no matter the ticket type.  Tickets will not be emailed or available to print. Your mobile ticket must be displayed on your phone to get into the event. 

Visa Box Office The Visa Box Office opens at 4:30pm and is located at the north end of the stadium inside Toyota Gate F. Walk-up tickets may also be available at the Visa Box Office.

Will Call Will call opens at 4:30pm and is located at the Visa Box Office.

Parking lots are scheduled to open at 4:30pm and all guests must be in possession of a valid event ticket, pass or credential to park in a designated parking lot. A few lots have been opened up for prepaid parking here .

Credit Card Lots Credit card lots (day of parking) will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis in all parking lots. Credit card lots for this event are Blue 1, Green 3 and Red 3. 

Accessible Parking Mobility services will be onsite at 4:30pm to provide roving carts throughout Red Lot 1 for assistance to stadium gates. 

Bicycle Parking Bicycle parking will be located at Gate A and opens at 4:30pm. All ticketed guests will be permitted the use of the San Tomas Aquino Creek trail beginning at 4:30pm. The Silicon Valley bicycle coalition will be administering this operation.

Buses/Oversized Vehicles – Tailgate Buses/oversized vehicles that wish to tailgate must park in Blue RV and contact the Visa Box Office at 408-579-4449 to purchase parking in advance.

Buses/Oversized Vehicles – Non-Tailgate Buses/oversized vehicles that do not wish to tailgate must park in the Green Bus Lot and contact the Visa Box Office at 408-579-4449 to purchase parking in advance.

Tailgating Tailgating is permitted in specified areas only. Please view the parking lot map for which parking lots allow tailgating. Non-compliance may result in ejection from the lot without compensation. Tailgating will cease after the event begins.

• Clear Backpacks
• Clear Fanny Packs
• Clear Purses
• One gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags
• Small Clutch Bag (the size of an adult hand) (4.5” x 6.5”)
• Seat Cushion

Tailgating is defined as; the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbecues, grills, games, generators, televisions, sound systems, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment, or other items as identified by the City Manager or designee) for the purpose of an outdoor gathering by one or more people prior to, during or after a scheduled stadium event.

• Tailgating will cease after kickoff.
• All guests must be in possession of a valid event ticket or credential.
• Amplified sound is prohibited.
• Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
• Tailgating cannot impede vehicle or foot traffic.
• Tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle only.
• Empty spaces may not be reserved or used for the purpose of tailgating.
• Tents or canopies exceeding an 8’ x 8’ footprint are not permitted.
• Appropriate receptacles must be used for the disposal of hot coals.
• All Guest Code of Conduct and parking policies are in effect.

Fans with medical bags or items they must carry with them must be inspected and have a wristband or sticker placed on it to show that it has been inspected. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLIER TO AVOID LAST MINUTE GATE PRESSURE.

The following ARE PERMITTED in the stadium during Levi’s® Stadium Events:

• Bags that comply with the Bag Policy (see Bag Policy above)
• Binoculars shorter than 6 inches (case prohibited)
• Non-professional cameras
• Diaper bags accompanying a child
• Flags smaller than 2’ x 3’ (No Poles)
• Plastic water bottles (factory sealed, no-alcohol, less than 24 ounces)
• Reusable transparent water bottles (no-alcohol, less than 24 ounces)
• Plastic water bottles (sealed) and thermoses (no alcohol)
• Seat cushions
• Strollers (contact the nearest Playmaker if in need of storing)
• Sunscreen & hand-powered misters
• Umbrellas (no obstruction of other fans view)

The following ARE PROHIBITED in the stadium:

• Aerosol cans
• Alcoholic beverages
• Bags that violate the Bag Policy (see Bag Policy above)
• Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses (lights, tripods, selfie-sticks and monopods are also prohibited)
• Cans, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages
• Drugs & Drug paraphernalia, marijuana & marijuana products
• Coolers (including soft-sided coolers)
• Glow sticks, light-up costumes, light-up signs, battery packs
• Intoxication or signs of impairment related to alcohol or drugs
• Irresponsible drinking or behavior
• Klaxons, bullhorns, whistles or any other noisemakers
• Laptops and Laptop Bags
• Laser pointers of any type
• Offensive clothing
• Plastic bottles larger than 24 ounces
• Projectiles (footballs, Frisbees, etc.)
• Selfie Sticks
• Signs, banners or poles
• UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles)
• Weapons of any kind (including silverware).

Anyone possessing PROHIBITED items will be asked to return them to their cars, take them to one of our Bag Check stations or dispose of them in the garbage cans provided at the gate.

Valley Transportation Authority (VTA)

VTA will offer extended services for 60 minutes post-concert to Winchester, Santa Teresa, Alum Rock and Mountain View stations.

VTA provides buses and light rail transportation in the greater San Jose area reaching Mountain View, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale. VTA buses will drop off guests in two (2) locations:

› Intersection of Tasman Drive and Great America Parkway › Intersection of Tasman Drive and Calle Del Sol

*VTA Bus Line 251 that services BART patrons to/from Levi’s Stadium will now operate out of the Warm Springs Bart Station. For more information please click here.

VTA light rail trains will drop off and pick up at the Great America Station located north of the stadium. For more information, please visit www.vta.org , or call 408-321-2300.

Caltrain will offer one extra northbound train departing approximately 75 minutes after the event, in coordination with VTA LRT connecting service.

Caltrain provides services from San Francisco to South San Jose with stops all along the peninsula. On event day, Caltrain transports passengers from all locations to connect with VTA light rail trains or buses at the Mountain View Transit Center, located at Evelyn Ave, and Castro Street. Fans heading to the game can get off at the Mountain View station and transfer to VTA light rail to Levis’® Stadium.

All accessible parking will be directed to Red Lot 1. Guests who possess a valid placard will be directed to park in Red Lot 1 and must display their placard at the entrance to be admitted.

Levi’s® Stadium takes pride in providing elite service to all guests including those requiring mobility assistance. We provide a variety of services for our guests with special needs. Included in these services are courtesy shuttle buses from several of our parking lots, golf cart shuttles in the Main Lot, and Guest Services representatives to provide wheelchair service if requested. Assisted Listening Devices will be available at all Guest Services kiosks presented by United located throughout the stadium.

Recommended exit routes to take based on your desired destination.

Exit Intel Gate A For fans riding the VTA Light Rail to Caltrain, ride-sharing or who have parked in Red Lot 1 should exit via Intel Gate A.

Exit Dignity Health Gate C For fans parked in Blue Lot 1 or heading to the Charter Bus Parking lot, we recommend exiting via Dignity Health Gate C.

Exit Toyota Gate F For fans riding VTA Buses, taxi or rideshare or who have parked in Yellow Lots 2, 3 should exit via Toyota Gate F.

Drop-off/Pick-up Area for Rideshare

The rideshare drop-off for this event will be at Green 1 West. The pick-up zone at Levi’s® Stadium is in Red Lot 7.  Follow staff & signage for additional direction.
