Terrible experience. Booked a flight on the 30 December and less than 24 hours later i was told the booking had failed due to tech issues, whatever that is. So i had to rebook with another company, so i have now paid for 2 flights. Was assured that i would be refunded by make my trip by the 10 Jan. This is the 20th and no refund.
