Worst experience had with Akbar travels

Worst experience had with Akbar travels We mistakenly trusted this agency and lost money for no reason. We booked a returned flight from Dxb to Toronto with layover on USA. Unfortunately when we reached airport we were stopped for not holding US transit visa, when we contacted Akbar travels for help their operator bishnu was very rude to me and instead of apologising he accused me for not checking rules in fact he didn't help us,moreover he told us to send email which was sent already but till now no reply. We contacted direct airline they agreed to help us but this agency is worst.

It was a great experience with Akbar travels, Miss kamala and Mr. Omkar both helped us in getting affordable tickets for Ireland and moreover when our baggages were delayed from Paris to Dublin, they helped me a lot in tracing it and claiming the money from airlingus. I am very impressed with the kind of service Akbar travels has provided me for my visa. Kajal was the person I got in touch with for my Malaysia visa, she was so quick with her responses and so helpful. Bad experience with Akbar travels .Abudhabi

We went a trip to Azerbaijan on our Christmas holidays and we are back yesterday, Akbar travels Abudhabi was our travel coordinator. we requested for guide and that included in our package but not provided only one day and at 11:00 hrs. They charge for the guide for all 4 days. Akbar travels Abudhabi was not responding in timely manner. Not given proper itinerary also. The hotels they booked were worst. Too much dusty, carpets are not clean, rooms are smelling badly, no proper air conditioning. It was waste of money and energy.

Got Refund on time

Fake and pathetic customer service

Fake and pathetic customer service. Etihad cancelled flight and informed Akbar Travels and they were least bothered to inform us. We went to airport with infant in hand an the flight was rescheduled aftee 3 days. "Merlin" from Akbar Travels said they had high call volumes so missed the call from Etihad. Seriously??? Irfan, Vishnu, Merlin and Shahid are the fake customer agents who promised refund and vanished somewhere. Do not trust Akbar Travels... They are pathetic.

Very pathetic service from Akbar travels. the agent Rahim is not responding on my several chasers on whatsapp. I do not have any option to attach screenshot here otherwise i would have attached the same as a proof of no response from the agent. I will never recommend Akbar travels to anyone.

Thailand visa process

Recently I applied for Thailand visa through them. They have the worst staff who are extremely rude and never respond in timely manner. Moreover, the staff lacks professionalism and fail to give proper information over call and email for the documents required from us and in turn blame us for not providing proper documents. The staff does not take onus of inefficiency and leave you suffering without any solution. Waste of money and energy.

Took wrong date for travel and i missed my flight due to visa validity date of my child. Worst ticket booking experience. Please Make sure that the ticket purchased is matching with the date customer preferred.I paid Rs 68000 to reschedule my flight date for airlines due to this. I will never trust Akbar Travels anymore.

I applied UAE visa with them on…

I applied UAE visa with them on 25-11-2021, i paid for express service and sent the documents straight away. Its been 12 days no clue what they doing, they disappeared with money and documents, i had a flight booked which i had to cancelled jus because of them, no communication at all, finally hired a lawyer sending them a legal notice in couple of days. Guys dont trust em they ripp u off mudcarters.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service I applied for my uae visa from their consultant Raj, who is basically just a salesman and has no idea how the visa works. They claim to grant uae visa in 2-3 day but when I did not receive visa, I called him and he explained reason for the delay which did not make any sense so I wrote email directly to company and then they started my visa process.aftet getting visa , I needed some more information which neither raj nor the company replied. I would recommend to go with some other company if you don’t want to keep on calling them because if there is any issue , they are not gonna reach you easily.just see my chat and you will realise how they ignore you.

Worst travel Agency..Don’t ever book anything through them. It's a fraud agency. I applied job seeker visa they were not able to process and claim that they will refund my money in 2-3 days and it’s been almost 20 days, everytime they say give us 1-2 days more. Poor executive service, less experienced staff.

Fraud Company dont use their service

Chutiya Company hai, pahale to Paise deduct kar lenge and ticket confirmation will be waiting. after 30 minute they will call and will ask for more money or else they will say you will get your refund after 7to 10 days. If you are not ready to pay extra no option you will pay extra. Leh to Delhi they did it with me. Extra money they will not give you GST invoice. Fraud company

Even after follow for moths my refund has not been processed. They're a bunch of petty scammers. The customer service was rude and continued obstructing me on the call saying that the delay was due to company policy.

I would like to write a review about this travels.Two years before my Brother went to Delhi through their service. For my Brother, it was a happy experience. The tour operator is very helpful and always guide the tour in a good manner. He has more knowledge about all places and told all the historical stories of each place. The tour guide was a well-experienced man.

The hotels that they booked was good standard with reasonable rate. The food was also very tasty and didn't feel any health problems. He could enjoy the trip.My Brother is very happy with the trip.and should suggest everyone go tour from this travels.

Let's start with their pricing model, which is nothing short of daylight robbery. The listed prices on their website and the actual fees were so disparate, I had to double-check to make sure I wasn't dealing with two different companies. Turned out, I wasn't; it's just that Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd excels in the dark art of misleading customers. But let's say you still decide to go for it because you believe in second chances or are a glutton for punishment; then prepare yourself for a customer support experience that's scripted to the point of being robotic. It's as if the team was trained at a cold-hearted factory where the motto is "Human Emotion Not Included." I had questions that required nuanced answers, but all I received were canned responses that wouldn't even pass for adequate in an elementary school play. If their customer support team were actors, they’d be the extras who are so forgettable that even their family wouldn't recognize them on screen. Now, any company worth its salt knows that after-sales service is where you win or lose your customer for life. But Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd seems to have missed that memo, given their after-sales service is about as useful as a solar-powered flashlight in a cave. It’s evident that once they've swindled you out of your hard-earned money, you cease to exist for them. In summary, Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd visa services have achieved a new low. Avoid them like the plague, or better yet, like you would avoid stepping on a rusty nail—it might be less painful. Rating: 1/5 (And that's me being generous)

Mahendra Singh 7 months ago Too much hassle when you apply for visa, it will be good if you can go for any more reputed agency else small business owners who can process your visa. This company is just worst in visa application, they promise something and they come with different requirements in a different manner wasted 7-10 days just for visa and still visa application not done. I hope I read reviews before i step down to their office and online portal which ranking in seo so people easily getting on their website. I will update my review one i got my visa, for now a very un happy customer.

@Uber is No longer a great mode of transportation for early morning flights especially in Mumbai... @AkbarTravelsIN or @MeruCabs or Freelance Cab Drivers with a good Whatsapp Group in Mumbai. Outstation I prefer the respective Hotel Cab Service over @Uber

Recently took my parents on a Singapore trip with them. The tour was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to staff member Saket who helped me with the tour itinerary and the visas. Special appreciation for Ghanshyam We got in touch with Akbar Holidays when we were planning our trip to Dubai in November and were looking to build our internal sightseeing plans with food, transport and also Visa. Ghanshyam was our point of contact from Akbar Holidays, one of his best qualities has been his responsiveness. Worst experience had with Akbar travels

Worst experience had with Akbar travels We mistakenly trusted this agency and lost money for no reason. We booked a returned flight from Dxb to Toronto with layover on USA. Unfortunately when we reached airport we were stopped for not holding US transit visa, when we contacted Akbar travels for help their operator bishnu was very rude to me and instead of apologising he accused me for not checking rules in fact he didn't help us,moreover he told us to send email which was sent already but till now no reply. We contacted direct airline they agreed to help us but this agency is worst.

Bad experience with Akbar travels .Abudhabi

We went a trip to Azerbaijan on our Christmas holidays and we are back yesterday, Akbar travels Abudhabi was our travel coordinator. we requested for guide and that included in our package but not provided only one day and at 11:00 hrs. They charge for the guide for all 4 days. Akbar travels Abudhabi was not responding in timely manner. Not given proper itinerary also. The hotels they booked were worst. Too much dusty, carpets are not clean, rooms are smelling badly, no proper air conditioning. It was waste of money and energy.

Fake and pathetic customer service

Fake and pathetic customer service. Etihad cancelled flight and informed Akbar Travels and they were least bothered to inform us. We went to airport with infant in hand an the flight was rescheduled aftee 3 days. "Merlin" from Akbar Travels said they had high call volumes so missed the call from Etihad. Seriously??? Irfan, Vishnu, Merlin and Shahid are the fake customer agents who promised refund and vanished somewhere. Do not trust Akbar Travels... They are pathetic.

Thailand visa process

Recently I applied for Thailand visa through them. They have the worst staff who are extremely rude and never respond in timely manner. Moreover, the staff lacks professionalism and fail to give proper information over call and email for the documents required from us and in turn blame us for not providing proper documents. The staff does not take onus of inefficiency and leave you suffering without any solution. Waste of money and energy.

Took wrong date for travel and i missed my flight due to visa validity date of my child. Worst ticket booking experience. Please Make sure that the ticket purchased is matching with the date customer preferred.I paid Rs 68000 to reschedule my flight date for airlines due to this. I applied UAE visa with them on…

I applied UAE visa with them on 25-11-2021, i paid for express service and sent the documents straight away. Its been 12 days no clue what they doing, they disappeared with money and documents, i had a flight booked which i had to cancelled jus because of them, no communication at all, finally hired a lawyer sending them a legal notice in couple of days. Guys dont trust em they ripp u off mudcarters.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service I applied for my uae visa from their consultant Raj, who is basically just a salesman and has no idea how the visa works. They claim to grant uae visa in 2-3 day but when I did not receive visa, I called him and he explained reason for the delay which did not make any sense so I wrote email directly to company and then they started my visa process.aftet getting visa , I needed some more information which neither raj nor the company replied. I would recommend to go with some other company if you don’t want to keep on calling them because if there is any issue , they are not gonna reach you easily.just see my chat and you will realise how they ignore you.

Worst travel Agency..Don’t ever book anything through them. It's a fraud agency. I applied job seeker visa they were not able to process and claim that they will refund my money in 2-3 days and it’s been almost 20 days, everytime they say give us 1-2 days more. Chutiya Company hai, pahale to Paise deduct kar lenge and ticket confirmation will be waiting. after 30 minute they will call and will ask for more money or else they will say you will get your refund after 7to 10 days. If you are not ready to pay extra no option you will pay extra. Leh to Delhi they did it with me. Extra money they will not give you GST invoice. Fraud company

The portal has been successfully assisting the passenger to book cheap flight tickets both in National and International sectors. With effect from 12th March, 2014 the name of the travel portal has been changed. After years of successful operations since 2007, akbartravels.com is poised for greater growth. In addition to strengthening its existing services to customers and travel partners, many new travel- related products are added to the web site. IRCTC e-train tickets are now open for booking and a number of travel agents who have signed up as partners are taking advantage of this feature.

It was a spectacular trip, only thing that could have made it better was perhaps more time. Upgraded hotel would have only helped if I had spent more time in the hotel as I was practically busy out in the packed itinerary that I had I literally felt I needed perhaps 1 or 2 days more. The hotels were all nice and upgraded me most of the time so I have no complains with the rooms. The sightseeing, transfers by private car & the driver was just wonderful so no regrets.
