“Cape Canopy Tour gave us an unforgettable experience in the Hottentots Holland Mountains. This is one of my top three favourite ziplines in South Africa! The staff are professional and very knowledgeable about the nature reserve. The guides have had years of experience in the reserve, and it shows. The guides ensure proper processes are followed and put you at ease, allowing you to soak up the beautiful surroundings.” Abduraghmaan Van Oordt

- FITNESS - This is an adventure activity, and we recommend a reasonable level of fitness: you will need to hike for 1km up and out of the mountain after the tour. To safely participate in this activity, a moderate level of fitness, as well as upper body and core strength is required.

- WEATHER - Our zipline tours are mildly weathered dependent, but we will operate in most weather conditions, so be ready to gear up and let's have some fun. We keep a close eye on the weather and will make a decision to cancel/refund or reschedule your tour due to the weather. We do our best to make these decisions as far in advance as possible, but sometimes this is not possible as our zipline slides are based high in the mountains and the weather up high is ever-changing. Please be sure to keep an eye on the weather and advise our team at least 24hours prior to your tour time if you would prefer to cancel/refund or reschedule your tour due to potential weather. (Any changes made with less than 24hours notice will be subject to our cancellation policy, UNLESS, we make a decision to cancel the tour)
- TANDEMS - We are able to offer 2 tandems per tour time, to ensure guide and client safety we can only offer tandems to guests who weigh less than 50kg. Please be sure to advise us via email at [email protected], if there will be any children under the age of 9 years on your tour so that we are able to make arrangements. (Note: Our minimum age is 5 years old, and children aged 5-9years will most likely need to do the tour in tandem with the guide).
- WEIGHT RESTRICTION - We suggest a weight restriction per person of approximately 100kg to 110kg – this restriction is not weight-related but rather imposed by the size of the harnesses we use and is based on the circumference of the straps around the body. A reminder that this is an adventure activity so a moderate level of fitness, as well as upper body and core strength, is required to safely participate in this activity.
- PREGNANT - unfortunately moms to be this tour is not for you

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s Superman strolling the streets of Cleveland (photos)

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Superman is ready for his Cleveland closeup. David Corenswet, the actor portraying Clark Kent in the new “Superman” movie currently filming in Downtown Cleveland, arrived on set early Monday morning to shoot scenes along a closed section of Superior Avenue that’s been prepped for days to be transformed into Metropolis.
Corenswet was seen dressed in a black cape strolling along the street and checking out the set, which is strewn with prop rubble and wrecked cars, and appears to be ready for shooting an explosive action scene. If you look closely, you can see the collar of his Superman suit underneath the cape.
Earlier, Lois Lane actress Rachel Brosnahan arrived on set under the cover of umbrellas, shielding her identity from the crowd of onlookers hoping to get a glimpse of the production.

Director James Gunn appeared around 9:30 a.m. to go over the scene with crew members and background actors dressed in military gear. Another set of extras then took their places for a rehearsal on a futuristic-style staircase connected to a platform draped in a blue screen, indicating it would be later replaced with CGI.
This reboot of “Superman” focuses on a younger version of the Man of Steel than DC’s previous franchise with Henry Cavill. In addition to Corenswet and Brosnahan, the cast features Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific.
“Superman” flies into theaters July 11, 2025.
