I am also one of the few certified tour guides who is approved by the South Carolina State Port Authority to access port property to pick up passengers from cruise ships for the purpose of touring.

I am a member of many of the historic organizations in Charleston.

I have been appointed to the position of HOSPITALITY chairman for the State of South Carolina D.A.R. (Daughters of the American Revolution).

I have been elected to a 6 year term as a member of the South Carolina State Commission that oversees the Old Exchange Building, the most historic building in all of South Carolina (1771).
