Transparent Productions  announces  Matt Maher’s “The Stories I Tell Myself Tour”  this fall. Kicking off September 7 in California and wrapping in Indiana in November with tour support from  Jon Reddick,  these events will be powerful nights of worship, fellowship, and prayer that will bring together the venues they’re hosted in and the cities beyond. Tickets are on sale now.

“I’m really excited to tour this project again this fall and even more so with such a gifted artist, songwriter, and musician like Jon Reddick,” Matt Maher shares. The 28-city tour is on the crescendo of Maher’s career, intricately weaving together familiar favorites and new hits, such as his recent No. 1 single “The Lord’s Prayer,” along with “Lord, I Need You,” “Because He Lives,” and “Alive & Breathing,” joined by many other new worship songs that are paving the way on the charts from his latest album,  The Stories I Tell Myself .

“I love getting to be in a room where people are worshipping God together and I also love and highly respect my brother Matt Maher,” Reddick adds. “I can’t even imagine how awesome this time is gonna be like for real, I’m super excited!”

THE WILDLIFE

No, this is not seeing what “wildlife” is going to the local pub. In fact, there’s nothing quite like exploring the inlets and bays of the Gulf in clear kayaks with the water and seafloor below you illuminated clear as day. You will see numerous types of fish, crustaceans, birds, and, in some locations, curious submerged man-made objects. Any treasure hunters out there?

THE EXPERIENCE

Our tours are not just a fun way to cruise the beach in style, they’re a great way to learn more about the area, the environment, and perhaps even yourself. There’s something relaxing and even ethereal about being in the middle of the water when it’s pitch black with fish, crustaceans, and birds all around… then you hear a dolphin breach and take a breath. Time to give chase! It truly is a magical experience that never gets old!

Our completely seethrough kayaks are equipped with multiple LED bars that allow each paddler to choose their favorite color (or carousel of colors). Coordinate with your partner or not, it's like dual climate control in a car but for lights, it’s all part of the adventure!

When you rent a kayak for one of our tours, you can rest assured that you will be both entertained, fulfilled, and completely safe for the entirety of your glowing adventure. You will be provided with a life jacket, safety light, emergency whistle, and an experience that you won’t soon forget. Each vessel has a yearly certificate of inspection and 360° visibility light. We carry flare kits and an electric torch with two-mile visibility. Our audio distress signals satisfy requirements by a factor of two and our visual distress signals satisfy requirements by a factor of five.

Needless to say, we take your safety very seriously. Our gear and operations are compliant with both Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and United States Coast Guard regulations and best practices. We are the only clear kayak tour company on the Texas Coast that can say that!

If you think you’re excited to go on a glowing kayak tour at night, you should see our staff. You won’t find anyone more dedicated, knowledgeable, or friendly - they love what they do, and they love making sure you have an amazing trip! Having grown up on the coast, they also know all the best spots to find the coolest sights and you might be surprised at some of the things you might learn from them on your trip. We are a local, family owned company with the purpose of educating and entertaining our visitors, always taking care of the ecosystem and our natural resources, facilitating and bringing an excellence service, with a prepared and qualified staff to provide an unforgettable experience. We offer tours to the brightest bioluminescent bay in the world in a fully transparent kayak.  We also rent snorkeling gear, clear kayaks or paddleboards for your day adventure.  And if you forgot your beach towels, sandals, sunscreen, need a drybag for your phone or a couple of souvenirs you can visit us.

Mosquito Bay

The Mosquito Bay was recognized as the brightest in the world by the Guinness World Record in 2008.  The fascinating brightness of the bay is due to the high concentration of dinoflagelates, ranging from an average of 1,000,000 to 2,100,000 per gallon of water.  The lack of pollution that surrounds the Mosquito Bay Natural Reserve and the mangroves that feed the plankton make this natural spectacle one of the true wonders of Puerto Rico. The "Bio Bay" is best experienced during a New Moon phase.

Mosquito Bay is located on an island at the east of Puerto Rico. Need to know that to take the tour with us you need to come to the island, either by ferry or plane, which are located in Ceiba, Puerto Rico.  Also you need to stay the night on the island cause there's no transportation back to the main island after 9PM.

Maximum weight: 235 pounds per person

Cancellation Policy:   Once the reservation is completed, you must provide us 24 hour notice prior to your tour to cancel and receive a full refund.  If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the tour a full charge for the activity will be made.  In the event that we cancel the activity, you will receive a full refund. Same day reservations can't be cancelled, if a guest does not show up for their tour we will charge the total amount of the reservation. We don't cancel activities for rain.    Reschedules with 24 hour or less notice, has an extra charge of $30 per person.
