Awesome Vacation – Linda helped us select an all inclusive, adult only resort. She provided us with several location, several resorts and the pros and cons of each . Kinda was also able to provide us with her experience, or her clients experience at each of the resorts. We selected Secrets Royal Beach and Linda was able to get us an upgrade. Our room was 5 steps from the lazy river pool. Linda also provided us with tips on what to bring with us. We will definitely use Linda again for travel arrangements.  (Punta Cana/Dominican Republic/Caribbean)

Our first trip using a travel agent!

Diane was wonderful to work with. She is extremely thorough and has a wealth of knowledge regarding all the places we inquired about. She made adjustments to our trip to accommodate all of our requests and was always available to answer our questions (including Christmas Eve right before we left). She checked in with us as she kept an eye on our flights; which was comforting to us since it was our first international trip. Ingrid is very customer service and detailed oriented. There are very few companies today that go above and beyond for their customers and in my 40 years as a traveler, Ingrid at Superior Travel is one of the best in the industry. Over the years, I've tried other travel agents and have always gone back to Superior Travel as their customer service and attention to details beats the competition. People are surprised I use a travel agent, but when I tell them that Superior Travel saved me more money than the cost of their service as well a provide me with options that I would not of known of, they second guess their decision to not use a travel agent.

I have worked with Ingrid many times over the years with her booking flights and trips. There can not be an agent with more patience, as I am someone who is very particular on the flight times and itinerary that I want. Ingrid stays with it until you get what you are looking and always with a smile. With all the agents I have worked with over the years, she is the best. This is what Ingrid did recently for us: We booked a trip on the Rocky Moutaineer through the Canadian Rockies for a tri in June. It got cancelled due to Covid, but all they would do is give us vouchers for a future trip. Not knowing when they might be able to travel again, we wanted our down payment refunded to us, in which they refused. Ingrid kept after them and they finally agreed to a full refund. The most amazing trip in paradise!

We made it back safe and sound from our 2 week Hawaiian trip. Everything went like clockwork, kootoes to Delta. All our flights were smooth and on time. Both places, Kalua Landing in Kauai and Aston Mahana in Maui were wonderful. The people were kind and very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for better weather, 2 days out of 15 that were cloudy. Midland is a small to medium size city with a population of 41,000 residents. The Dow Chemical Company plays an important role in the culture of the city, as it has contributed to much of its economy and its attractions over the years.

There is the H. H. Dow Historical Museum, Dow Gardens, the Alden Dow Home and Studio, and of course, Dow Chemical whose plants are available for guided tours. The Midland Center for the Arts features art and science exhibits, and is the site of Matrix: Midland?a 17 day festival of art, dance, music, film and science.

Home to several colleges and universities, including Northwood University, Delta College, Central Michigan University, Davenport University and the Michigan Molecular Institute, Midland has a student friendly atmosphere.

For recreation seekers, the Pere Marquette Rail-Trail, a 22-mile long stretch is available to cyclists, in-line skaters, and hikers. There are three rivers in the area, the Chippewa, the Pine and the Tittabawassee. The City of Midland Canoe Livery and the Chippewa Valley Canoe Livery and Campground rent out canoe and tubing equipment to water sport enthusiasts. The Chippewa Nature Center is considered one of the best private nature centers in the world. Located along the Pine River, it houses a variety of bird species and wildlife, and a River Overlook offers great views of the center's offerings.

Midland is located in northeast Michigan, west of Bay City, and northwest of Saginaw.
