Phyllis, please ignore Sean and his company. He is breaking the posting guidelines by advertising. If he can't even follow these simple rules I can only image how he runs his company.
As for Gate1, they get good reviews on this and other forums. Be sure to read the descriptions to see what is and what isn't included. Check out the locations of the hotels they offer so see if they are in the part of town you want to stay in.
