Take an adventure out into the wild dunes of the desert in our private fleet of desert-ready vehicles and head to our exclusive desert fortress. In an air-conditioned 4X4 vehicle, you'll be driven to the Red Dunes of Al Badayer, approximately a 45-minute journey from Dubai hotels.  Enjoy an adventure of dune bashing for 20-30 minutes before heading to the Sahara desert fortress camp at Jebel Ali, Lehbab road.

• Please be advised that buggy or quad bike is optional and if you wish to take part in the activities, payment can be made directly to the supplier and additionally, ensure that payment rates given by the supplier match the same while making the payment.

Experience the Majestic Desert Safari as we combine our world-class sunset dune bashing adventure with a 5-star Arabian fortress dining experience set deep in the Dubai desert oasis, which is surrounded by indigenous exotic wildlife. Feast under the stars, and enjoy the night with live cooking stations overlooking the desert.

Our 4×4 Toyota Land Cruisers will pick you up from the respective Hotels between 14:30 – 15:30 and drive directly to the desert. The Travel Time from Dubai to the Desert is approximately 45 minutes.

Time to buckle up. The First Half of Dune Bashing is about to start. Hold on and enjoy the dune bashing.

After approximately 30 minutes, the convoy will continue with the second part of the Dune Bashing until you reach the Campsite in the middle of the Desert.

On arrival at the campsite, you have instantly the opportunity to do several activities please check the tour Itinerary .

• We recommend not to eat 2 hours before the safari trip to avoid the vomiting/ sickness during the dune bashing, however, many other who eat and they don’t get sick
• Children over 3 years old and under 10 years old will be accepted at the child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Pick-up and drop off by 4WD vehicle from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman if other location please contact us.
• The vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.

Be a royal guest at a Bedouin desert paradise located less than half an hour away from Downtown Dubai. Set amid 37 million square feet of rolling sand dunes, Al Sahara has been created with the utmost respect to culture and nature. Treasured traditions are showcased all over the place: live Arabian performances, an authentic souk and all the trappings of local heritage. Also considered a natural reserve, this desert wonderland takes pride in the indigenous flora and fauna it protects. Complete with a five-star dinner buffet and an entertainment complex, this exceptional safari experience is perfect for special events.

Know before you go

Kindly note that quad biking is a separate activity and not included in this experience. Should guests wish to take part in quad biking, they must be made aware that they may do so at their own risk and that Desert Adventures shall not be held liable, accountable, responsible for any incidents that may arise from said activity. The minimum capacity to ensure a private car is five people. To ensure a private car, booking must be made for at least five people. Pick-up can be arranged from both hotels and private residences. Vegetarian food options are available in the buffet. This tour is not suitable for pregnant ladies or people with back problems. Pick-up time is between 2:30pm and 3pm. If there are any changes to pick-up times, guests will be notified beforehand. Child seats are available upon request. Should you require any, kindly mention this at the time of booking.

Pick up will commence 30 to 60 minutes prior to the departure time based on the location of your hotel in Dubai.

Not more than 5 people will be allowed in a 4x4 jeep.

If you have any seating preferences please do advise in advance otherwise the operations will assign the seats based on the pick up strategy.

Since our safaris involve off-road driving, expecting mothers, people with heart problems and other sensitive ailments will undertake the tour at their own risk.
