Being able to visit the home of Red Bull Racing is a truly incredible opportunity that will allow you, and your guests, to peek behind the curtain into the extremely secretive world of F1™. Our tour is designed to present the inner workings of the machine, taking in the various developmental stages, all the way to the point where thousands of components are brought together in our race bays to create the latest Red Bull Racing car.

The cost is £300 Per Person, our Factory Tour experience includes refreshments in our MK-7 events space where you can get up close to our fleet of Red Bull Racing Formula 1™ cars followed by 1.5 hour guided factory tour. All guests will also receive a Red Bull Racing gift bag to take home, as well as 10% discount in our onsite shop.

If you’ve ever wanted to know what goes on in a Formula 1 team garage, a new digital tour of Ferrari’s pit box offers a glimpse of life behind the scenes in a Grand Prix pitlane.

Scuderia Ferrari Uncovered lets fans take a virtual tour of the pits at a race weekend. Breakaway sections of the tour show stories about Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen, and the team's operations over an F1 weekend.

There are also segments that focus on the aerodynamics of Ferrari’s SF15-T, as well as the Shell Track Lab and the make up of the fuel Shell provides to Ferrari.

Visitors to the site can also head out into a virtual pitlane to see how the Ferrari mechanics prepare for, and execute, a pitstop. This feature includes a step-by-step commentary that explains the pitstop procedures from previously unseen angles.

The digital tour was created by using 360° photography of Ferrari’s pitbox and Shell’s Track Lab, that was filmed at the 2015 Bahrain Grand Prix.

Behind the Scenes of the Formula 1 VIP Hospitality Experience

Meet Gonçalo Gomes, an expert host who helps cater to VIPs’ every need inside exclusive F1 hospitality garages.

Enjoying the true VIP experience a Formula 1 race has become a premier status symbol around the world. For up to five figures, high rollers can access the exclusive Paddock Club and the 10-team garages throughout race weekends, including on race day. At the Miami Grand Prix in May, the three-day F1 Garage Hospitality package — also available at 11 races this season — featured an a la carte menu curated by two Michelin Star chef Tom Sellers , who Boardroom profiled earlier this month.

“When guests come in, they’re absolutely blown away,” Charlene Nyantekyi, the head of hospitality at Formula 1, told Boardroom.

The food is only a small part of the experience. The dedicated hospitality garage in Miami sat next to the Red Bull Racing garage, with viewers witnessing F1’s most dominant team up close along the pit lane. Many of the drivers were doing interviews inside the garage, including Max Verstappen on Saturday. And when Verstappen left, Nyantekyi said, Lewis Hamilton walked right in. It’s a type of access few sports can match.

This bespoke treatment isn’t limited to the confines of the garage, however. F1 employs a group of current and former racing drivers to act as expert hosts at races around the world, taking guests around the paddock area, along pit lane, on a photo “safari” truck tour of the track itself, and catering to guests’ individual and collective needs throughout the race weekend. Expert hosts even provide live analysis for guests during the race, offering exclusive insights that take advantage of the more intimate setting.

“Pretty much anything other than getting into an F1 car,” Nyantekyi said, “we try to do for these guys.”

Gonçalo Gomes has 30 years of racing experience, from 24 Hours of Le Mans to single-seaters and prototypes. He’s also a race analyst and serves as a driver coach for the Pure McLaren Drive Team, which gets enthusiasts with a real on-track experience with some special professional guidance.

In Miami, Gomes’ main duty as expert host was to take care of billionaire Walmart heiress Nancy Walton Laurie and her family.

“They’re a big family and super nice, and very enthusiastic about F1,” Gomes told Boardroom.

As he walked along the paddock area and across pit lane, Gomes described his four years as an expert host. The Portugal native is based in both Porto and Dubai and said he hosts at six to eight races per season as part of a rotating group of hosts who travel the world and provide their expertise to F1’s ever-growing premium clientele.

“We can literally answer any questions or doubts you may have about what’s happening on-site,” he said.

Expert hosts must figure out all their guests’ likes and dislikes, then be able to accommodate them down to the last detail, including in real time. If a guest is a huge fan of a certain racing team, for instance, Gomes said he could organize specific moments of access to that team, whether with drivers, garages, team executives, or the cars themselves. It’s all in the spirit of an expert host’s responsibility to be ready to adjust or pivot to things that aren’t planned to meet the guests’ lofty expectations so they can get what they paid for and then some.

For these VIP Formula 1 guests, the hospitality garage experience ensures they’re well-fed, well-informed, and well-cared for throughout a race weekend; that was no different in Miami. As Max Verstappen successfully gambled with a late pit stop that guests could see right outside the garage and held on for the win, an expert host provided live analysis on what they were seeing not only on the TV screen inside the climate-controlled space as they enjoyed the open bar and Sellers’ menu, but on pit lane with their own eyes.

For Nyantekyi and F1 hospitality, it’s about providing an even more memorable weekend than a fan could have imagined.

“We just try to deliver as much as we possibly can,” she said.

Working closely since the beginning of our partnership, we have built a truly lifelike experience that takes the viewer right into the heart of our garage. Fans are seamlessly transported into an exclusive environment that has typically only been open to a few very fortunate individuals. They are taken up close and personal in the garage by their guide, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, meeting Toto Wolff, other team personnel, and of course the F1 cars themselves.”

When Formula Garage’s founder Sri first laid eyes on a McLaren F1 as a teen, it was love at first sight. Even as young kid, he was obsessed with all things performance. F1-owned hospitality firm upping the ante in Las Vegas for ’24

Formula One’s parent company recently acquired a hospitality company that will enhance the VIP experience at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Formula One’s parent company recently acquired a hospitality company in a bid to enhance the VIP experience at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

In January, F1 parent company Liberty Media announced it had acquired Quint, which at the time was valued at $313 million. Liberty Media CEO Greg Maffei said in a press release announcing the acquisition that Liberty is looking to bring “one-of-a-kind opportunities to fans and increase efficiency in the ticketing distribution ecosystem.” Quint and F1 are operated as separate companies.

Quint provides enhanced experiences for over 90 events through more a dozen partnerships, including with the NBA, Kentucky Derby, the NHL, NASCAR and the Open Championship. It is now the official hospitality sales partner for Formula One.

“Our relationship with the Las Vegas Grand Prix, coupled with our global partnership with Formula 1, provides the unique opportunity for a fully integrated and comprehensive customer offering,” Quint CEO Brian Ruede said in a statement released last week. “We look forward to the unprecedented access this will bring our domestic and international fans.”

Quint’s F1 Experiences program, which was launched in 2017 before Liberty Media acquired the company, will give insiders access to luxury hospitality and club tickets to the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix, scheduled to take place Nov. 21-23. The upscale packages include the opportunity for tours of the track, walking the pit lane, paddock access and opportunities to meet drivers and legends of the sport.

Three-day F1 Experiences packages via Quint for the Las Vegas Grand Prix went on sale Monday and start at $1,952 for general admission tickets in the T-Mobile Sphere Zone, $4,089 for club tickets in Club Paris and $16,350 for tickets to the Paddock Club.

The most expensive package offered by F1 Experiences is the three-day F1 Garage pass that’s listed at $38,150. It includes access to the paddock, the restricted inner circle of F1 races, access to the Paddock Club rooftop at the F1 pit building, a pit lane walk, F1 legend and ambassador appearances, a guided track tour, access to various areas of the course for photo opportunities, podium access to celebrated the top three finishers of the 2024.

“Liberty Media acquired Quint with the goal of expanding Liberty Media’s live entertainment portfolio and creating operating efficiencies across Formula 1 and other partner platforms — today’s announcement is just the first step in realizing the potential of this acquisition,” Renee Wilm, Las Vegas Grand Prix CEO, said in a statement. “We could not be more excited to launch the public on-sale for the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix in partnership with the newest addition to the Liberty Media family of companies.”
