KITE SAFARI BOATS

Our boats are conveniently docked in the beautiful Hurghada Marina, and ranges from a luxury 10 guests boat to a massive 24 guests boat.

Typically the interior of the boat is on point, with airconditioning in the interior, a spacious lounge with a Plasma TV/DVD set, a modern sound system spreading along the decks, and a restaurant providing 3 tasty meals a day, prepared fresh by our chef. Bar and Solarium available, to  enjoy the sunset and get a drink after a long kitesurfing day.

Our boats are especially designed for watersport activities and sea safaris, with an excellent compromise between the speed needed to cruise the sea and the stability to ensure comfort for our passengers. One or two zodiacs are also present to help kitesurfers access the pristine lagoons and small islands of the Red Sea.

KITE SAFARI: GETTING STARTED

If you need a full travel package flight plus Kite Safari, contact us and we will put you in contact with one of our partner European travel agencies – they will take care of all the details of your trip.

Alternatively, you can organize your trip independently. The easiest way to arrive in Egypt is via Egypt Air, Pegasus Airlines and Turkish Airlines, but there are many flight operators and charters connecting Egypt with Europe and the rest of the World:

Once you arrive in Hurghada, we will arrange your transfer from the airport to the boat: one of our guys will meet you at the airport arrival and take care of you from there.

KITESURFING CRUISE DAY BY DAY

ARRIVAL AT HURGHADA AIRPORT, EGYPT, SATURDAY – DAY 0

After being welcomed at Hurghada airport you will be transferred to the Boat moored just 5 minutes away at Hurghada new marina. We will have dinner on the boat, maybe a drink in the marina if you are not too tired, and then a good night sleep.  You will be sleeping on the boat the first night, to be ready to depart on Sunday early morning.

In the event of an early arrival on Friday you can ride with our team at some of the local spots and overnight in a hotel (on request).

SUNDAY – DAY 1

Depart to the north of the Red Sea for a 6 days of cruising. After a 30 mins  trip we reach our first spot, Abu Mungar for a warm up session, a strip of sand perfect for setting up the kites, of which you can kite on both sides. We will spend all day here, and sleep here as well.

In the early morning we move to one of the best kitesurfing spots of the Red Sea, Tawila Island . A huge lagoon with crystal clean and shallow water. Here the adventure begins. Jump the sand bar or freestyle on glass flat water. Secluded beach with a great atmosphere, far away from the crowded coasts and cities.

After a full kiting day, a well deserved drink in the main deck, and after the sunset our crew may teach you how to catch Calamari! As we wait for our meal to be prepared you can check out the videos and pictures from the day’s session on our screens. We will be sleeping in Tawila, ready for an early morning session.

If you are up to it, we will wake up at 6 in the morning for a session before breakfast! We will spend the full day in Tawila, and move in the afternoon to the third spot, Geisum island . We will be sleeping in Geisum.

We will spend the full day in Geisum (again we can kite from early early morning), and move in the late afternoon to Ashrafi Islands ,  our ultimate extreme spot! During the Northern most part of our safari we’ll travel between the islands to a great lagoon, with perfect side shore wind and deep waters for advanced and shallow area for beginner.

Why not take a look under your board? The water here is so clear that you’ll easily see the dolphins as they glide through the water. A real unspoilt area and a great place to take advantage of our kayaks and snorkeling equipment to explore the colour full coral below the surface. Also a great place for wakeboarding, as it is very quiet and flat!

With no man made light pollution the stars here are bright and plentiful. Enjoy this spectacle with drinks on the deck.

Before breakfast we will start a 10 km downwind ride to our next spot! The boat and our rescue team will follow us to give us that extra aspect of safety. Starting with flat water, we’ll head outside to catch some serious swell. It’s time to try some big carving and high jumps.

We’ll finish the day’s session back on Geisum . This is a great chance to explore the lagoons you missed last time as the area is very large. We will be sleeping in Geisum.

FRIDAY DAY 6

Early morning ride on the island lagoon. A good chance for a final picture session. We finish kiting around midday and enjoy a hearty lunch before heading back to Hurghada. Gear will be cleaned and packed at the marina. Still have energy for more fun? We’ll head out for a night in one of the area’s most popular beach nightclubs. We sleep one last night on the boat in the marina.

SATURDAY DAY 7

It’s time for goodbye! After breakfast, we will leave the boat. If you have a later flight, we can go kite in some kite spots in Hurghada or El Gouna, or just chill at a nearby beach till it’s time to go.

IMPORTANT: our weekly route above may change due to wind conditions – we will do our best to visit as many kite spots as possible and to stick to the classic route of the safari, but we cannot guarantee it.

Saturday is the day when, after arriving in Hurghada, we all gradually board the ship during the day. If you arrive a few days earlier, you can take advantage of this and check in at our kite spot, either at the Jaz Aquamarine Hotel or at the Bellagio Hotel in Hurghada. On Saturday evening, we will all meet on the ship where a short meeting will take place, followed by a welcome drink and a small snack. The first night we will sleep on the ship, in the port.

On Sunday, early in the morning, we will raise the anchors and leave the port. The whole kitesurfing trip is in the spirit of the motto "ALL YOU CAN EAT", so you can enjoy kitesurfing from morning until sunset, if you have the taste and enough strength. We anchor on each of the islands for 2 to 3 days.. We always anchor the boat near the islands. and we move to the islands by boat.

We usually go ashore suitable for kiting in the morning at 9:00, after breakfast. After the morning kite riding, we will move to the boat, where lunch will be ready. After a short lunch break, the second kite riding follows until sunset, depending on how much strength is left. After the last kite riding, our great chef will prepare dinner for us, followed by just relaxation, fun or a party on board our luxury yacht.

Depending on the wind conditions, we choose the best kitesurf spots for you, so that we can all enjoy kiting as much as possible. We will end our weekly Kite Safari trip on Friday after lunch, we have to anchor the boat in the port no later than 5 pm

Saturday morning is the last day for disembarkation and transfer to the airport, or for an extended stay in our Egyptian kite spots at the Jaz Aquamarine or Bellagio hotel Full board & snacks

What is Kitesafari?

A kitesurf safari is a private yacht trip in search for the best winds that are stable and even. This is an amazing adventure for anyone who is bored with traditional, stationary spots. This exclusive floating hotel will allow you to see in 7 days what you will notnever see in a normal hotel. Kitesafari is both for beginners or intermediates who want to complete a previously started kitesurfing course and sharpen their skills, and for professionals, enthusiasts who do not like to ride only in one place. What does the YACHT look like?

For 7 days you will be accommodated in a 36-meter luxury yacht. Inside, you will find a large living room with a TV, an air-conditioned dining room and a bar. The cabins are spacious and each has a self-controlled air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. We have Double Cabins with queen size bedorTwin Bed Cabinswith two separate beds. Boats are equipped with silent generators, so that people in the nearest cabins can sleep well. There is plenty of space to relax or sunbathe outside. The boat crew is trained to organize kite and diving safaris and are at the disposal of their guests.

1 Day: ARRIVAL AT HURGHADA AIRPORT Our representatives will be waiting for you at the airport, provide you with detailed information, and then transfer to Marina – boarding begins at 18:00. In the event of an early arrival you can ride with our team at some of the local spots or relax in one of the cafes in Marina.

Once you are on the boat, a delicious lunch will be waiting for you and it will be a great opportunity to meet other participants of your week-long adventure.

2 – 6 Days: The boat will sail north of the Red Sea in the morning for a 6-day cruise. You decide how much youride, what you do and how you use that time. Everyother day we are by different islands. Lots of activities are available: swimming, snorkeling or you can just bask in the sun until sunset. We definitely have additional activities in case of lack of wind, among others SUPboarding and wakeboarding, diving. In between, we serve delicious meals from a great chef, and in the evening we communicate, grill, dance, sing, and play various games.

Day 7 – Heading back to Hurghada by the end of the day

Returning to Hurghada harbor by 6 p.m. On the last day, we return to the port in the morning. In the morning it’s time for our final breakfast before we take everyone to the airport. Shopping souvenirs, visiting local restaurants, city tours and getting to know some Egyptian culture, customs and traditions are available on request. We can also organize a longer stay in a hotel or apartment and additional trainingon one of our kitesurfing spots.

Reservation Kitesafari: Reservation of the event is only by e-mail to the address given below. After registering, you will receive detailed information from us.

The payment schedule is as follows: • an advance payment of 30% of the value of the Event within 3 days of booking, • surcharge to the full price no later than 30 days before the commencement of the Event; • when registering 30 days or less before the date of the Event commencement, payment of the full price of the Event at the latest within 3 days of booking the Kitesafari.

In case of cancellation:

• More than 4 weeks before the date of the Kite Safari tour, a cancellation fee of 40% of the Kite Safari price will apply.
• Less than 4 weeks prior to the Kite Safari tour date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the Kite Safari price will apply.
• Less than 7 days prior to the Kite Safari tour date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Kite Safari price will apply.
• If a person who resigns from Kite Safari but finds another person, we refund 100%.

If you’re looking for the best kite spots in Egypt, Here are some of the best Kitesurfing Spots in Egypt .

The Red Sea

With ideal water and wind conditions, the Red Sea is one of the best places to go kitesurfing in Egypt. A popular kitesurfing spot is El Gouna, which spans 10 km of the beautiful pristine Red Sea coastline. Local Egyptians often use the town as a base for their kiteboarding adventures, and the resort’s architecture is modelled after traditional country homes.

The Red Sea is home to several popular kiteboarding spots . Safaga, for instance, is famous for kitesurfing and diving. The town has numerous beaches for people of all skill levels, with one of the most popular spots being Tobia Island, where kitesurfers can enjoy a peaceful morning session.

El Gouna is one of the best places for beginners and experts alike to learn how to kiteboard. The lagoons here are shallow, and there are no waves to get in your face. As a result, kiteboarding is an exhilarating way to experience the water.

El Gouna has some of the best kite spots in Egypt. There’s a kite beach downtown. You can also go on tours, go-kart rides, and even wakeboards! If you’re not into the wind, you can still spend time exploring the city, visiting Marinas, and even riding go-karts and horses.

For beginners and experienced riders alike, El Gouna is an ideal location for kiteboarding. Although it doesn’t have the big waves that Hamata can offer, the wind is often consistent, and there is plenty of flat water to enjoy.

A couple of spots around El Gouna are similar in quality. You can also find plenty of kiteboarding schools in the area, as there are at least eight.

Soma Bay is a fantastic spot to learn if you’re a beginner at kitesurfing. The water here is shallow and beautiful; you can even kiteboard in waist-deep water. The bay is also accessible, as it’s served by a daily boat shuttle. However, you’ll need to be prepared because the wind in this area is mainly from the west and can be super gusty.

Soma Bay is a popular kitesurfing destination, as it provides excellent conditions for all levels. This two-kilometre-long lagoon is perfect for beginners and advanced riders alike. The wind here is mostly flawless, so kitesurfing conditions are generally excellent.

Safaga is a popular spot for kiteboarding and diving, and the area also offers natural therapies.
