The perfect place to escape

Tulia Amboseli Safari Camp is located just outside of Amboseli National Park in Kenya.

Travel by vehicle is approximately a 5-hour drive from both Nairobi and Mombasa.

Directions for travel by Road

Head south from Mombasa Road on C102. Turn right onto C103 to Amboseli National Park. Just before arriving at Kimana Gate, take the last road on the right. Follow this road to the end where it turns right and heads into the camp.

Airstrip pick up / drop off

Airstrip pick up and drop off can be arranged in advance, if required, ensuring an easy transition to and from the camp.

Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) pick up / drop off

Standard Gauge Railway  ( SGR ) pick up and drop off at Emali Station can be arranged in advance, if required, ensuring an easy transition to and from the camp.

Where our Camp is situated

Tulia amboseli safari camp, weather in amboseli.

Weather in Amboseli is usually hot and dry but moderately pleasant throughout the year. Temperatures average around 28 degrees Celsius (82.4 degrees Fahrenheit) during the day and 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit) at night.

We have two dry seasons and two rainy seasons in Kenya. The first dry season is from June to October and the second dry season is from December to February. Game viewing is excellent during the dry season as most animals are seen close to water sources. The rainy seasons fall between the months of March to May and November. These months are best for birders as the park receives an influx of migratory birds around that time especially during breeding season.
