She took the time to ask questions & listened to my wishes and needs at set forth and delivered a much better package I could've asked for in fast and timely manner. So we procrastinated a bit to book our honeymoon and realized so many places were either very expensive, fully booked, or both! With everything else going on for the wedding, we found ourselves a bit frustrated. That's when I decided to reach out and call in the "heavy artillery". I'd known Charlene through a previous employer of mine and knew her skillset was up to the task. As always Charlene did NOT disappoint. We spoke, she listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was, and she went to work. Above and beyond would honestly be an understatement. She found us an amazing and reasonably priced place and booked us the most incredible honeymoon. Any expectations we had were blown out of the crystal clear Caribbean water. Everything was handled...resort, airfare, transportation, and some perks/upgrades. We had a private villa with a pool AND butlers! It was all so incredible! So...going into the wedding, we knew we now had one less thing to have to worry about. If you need efficient, stress-free travel assistance...you're going to want to call Charlene. We just returned from my dream trip! We cruised the Mediterranean and did multiple tours that Charlene recommended and booked for us. She's experienced, professional and gave us excellent advice on the travel. Everything went very smoothly and the private tours she suggested were ideal! I am very busy in my everyday life, so her sending us emails periodically in the months and weeks prior to our trip, reminding us of things we needed to take care of was so helpful! Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting one of the best travel agents I have ever known. Her name is Charlene. I cannot give her enough glowing reviews. We wanted a cruise to Hawaii and like most people we thought it cheaper to book ourselves. Think again bad idea. It is such a complicated task most people get it wrong. I was one of them. So off to Yelp I go. Charlene had such amazing reviews I had to give her a shot. Boy was I glad. This young lady took over everything and within a few hours I was booked on a vacation of a lifetime. Filled with wonderful memories. She took care of every detail and made sure we would be happy and satisfied. And to top it off it was cheaper than booking ourselves. Beyond amazing! We booked airfare (to Maui) for a party of 14! That is not an easy feat! Luis and his colleagues are the best! They respond promptly whether via phone or email. They are so helpful and friendly! So glad I found them!

The only thing I can really say about this place is AWESOME. The booking arrangements are spot from my flight arrangements, rental car, and my hotel reservations. This company will not leave you stranded. They are available even after hours. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. You guys are a life saver. A special thank you goes to Ms. Charlene. Aworldwide fitness franchise approached ALTOUR forassistance withprogram logistics for their first ever All-Star Summit to bring together over 200 top Franchisees in Las Vegas, NV for a VIP experience. With a recordbreaking 3-week turnaround time from hotel sourcing to event execution,ALTOUR was able to providea high-touch experience for all those attending the event.

With the short turnaround time there weremany challenges that arose, first and foremost to register, ticket flights and secure ground transportation for all attendees within one week toprovide a seamless experience from arrival to departure. ALTOUR createda simple, professional website to assist withcapturing participants’ travel needs.

The week leading up to the event, the ALTOUR planningteam had fivebusiness days to plan the event before onsiteexecution, each day consisted of multiple planningcalls with the client, hotel, offsite venues,AV partner and DMC partner. With so many playersinvolved in sucha quick turnaround time, it was an all hands-on effortwith leadership, meetingplanners, technology engagement specialists and the participant team all wearing many hats!

Once on site at the event,ALTOUR’s planning team worked with hotel leadership to set expectations and develop a planthat included a quick check-inprocess, having both ALTOURand hotel leadership presence at the frontdesk and creating a high-touch experience for VIPs with separate check-in areas and on demand name badgeprinting at the registration desk.

With 215 people comingfrom as far as Australia, this Las Vegas event kickedoff with a stunning familystyle Welcome Dinner in the Restaurant Districtof the casino property. General Session was set in an intimatelounge-type environment withleather furniture groupings and had full production.Final night was a cirque themed Black Tie Evening Eventwith an off-property nightclub. Closing day wrapped with a pool partyextravaganza, bringing all aspects of Las Vegasinto this event.

The resultsof these effortswas a smooth, elevated attendee experience from arrival todeparture, providing them a VIPexperience all around. The clientwas able to achieve theirgoals with this event and is lookingto host an additional 2-3 All-Star Summitevent’s this yeardue to thesuccess.
