We bought an all-inclusive hotel in Didim /Turkey

We bought an all-inclusive hotel in Didim/Turkey, affiliated with Alltours, through Check24. We were going to go with another family. They automatically deducted 20% from our account and would automatically deduct the second part. We went abroad at that time and were going to go directly to our hotel afterwards. Our hotel room was canceled on the last day. We called the hotel and found out that our room was not reserved anyway. We received an e-mail telling us that they canceled it on the last day because they could not collect the remaining money for many reasons. We have money in our account and they could not withdraw the money for some reason. Normally, mahnungs or warnings should come, but none of them came. We called this company and also called the hotel. The hotel stated that no money would be taken from alltours or check24. But alltours wanted us to pay the money to the hotel we did not stay in. We paid extra money with our own means and stayed in another hotel. They left us out in a foreign country and took our money. We do not recommend you to work with this company.

I bought EXTREMELY CHEAP FLIGHT TICKETS

I was searching for flights from Dubrovnik to Frankfurt and the average price for two tickets through the airlines and other travel agencies was €1000+ but only €350 for two tickets from AllTours. This seemed suspicious but I reluctantly bought the tickets anyway, received the receipt the next day and the "flight document" with a booking number about a week later. Because the tickets were so cheap compared to the other agencies, I called Croatian Airlines to confirm that we were indeed on the flight list and that the tickets were not a scam. Unfortunately, up until the day before the flight, we were not on the list and we did not have ticket numbers. However, AllTours repeatedly ASSURED us that the tickets were legit but we can only check-in at the airport and not online. On the day of the flight, because we were sceptical, we arrived at the airport early expecting that we might not be on the flight. But just as AllTours had assured us, we were booked on the flight. Check-in was hassle-free and exactly as they'd promised.

We booked a holiday package to Kreta

We booked a holiday package to Kreta. Hours after booking something came up and we realised that we cannot leave the booked times. Trying to be decent humans, we wrote less than 24 hrs after booking letting them know we want to cancel. They demanded 65% of the value of the package to cancel, while we didn't even made the payment (online payment was not possible). We made a counteroffer where we proposed that we would make a payment immediately if it can be considered as advanced payment for a future service. They declined, insisting that they booked flights and hotel immediately (despite not receiving payment from us). We've done everything possible to minimise any impact resulting from our cancellation and we were ready to find a compromise, but I guess I'll see them in court. I will not throw away hundreds of euros for services I never received and fir which no accommodation was even attempted on their part. Advice to others: stay away! There are many other serious providers that you can use.

Very very bad experience. They just want your money. As a customer they di not have any respect to you. Please beware before booking your hotel, flight, holiday with alltours. They are going to eat your money and can cancel your booking without even giving you notice in advance. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS SITE.

I was looking at trips on the Alltours website, but I did not book any. I received neither plane nor hotel tickets. After a while I begin to receive first emails and then letters, to pay for that supposed trip. I answered them on several occasions that I had not reserved anything, but without success. They kept sending me letters that I no longer opened, and I suppose that some of them would be from a complaint, for which they ended up seizing €1,000 from my account, but not before trying to collect it from my company. In short, scammers.

SCAM !!!! Please be carefull !!!!! I have booked a trip / same trip 4…

I have booked a trip / same trip 4 times and the reason why is that i wanted to select paypall as payement method . Then i receive 4 reservation for the same day . I sent an email to cancel because they were all an error , they sent me an email where 2 cancelled for no cost and i have been charges 234 eur for 2 others . I sent an email to ask cancellation without any fees as this was an error and even i wanted to try to try to login to paypall as payment methos that didn’t work … they are taking ages to answer and they send me the same document again and again …. Please do not reserve with them and don’t take this risk SCAM. SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!

They initiated dunnings proceedings…

They initiated dunnings proceedings against me for a disputed claim. The compnay representatives had assured me over calls that I do not have to make the payment, and it was a mistake. In spite of assurances, I was sent a dunnings notice. This company should be dissolved.

Alltours customer service is the worst out there.

My mother is stranded abroad, after booking a trip at D reizen in The Netherlands. After calling d reizen for help they told me to contact the tour guides in Mallorca (the country my mother is in) After calling the tour guides they didn't pick up the phone. I called D reizen once again to ask what do i do now, they told me contact AllTours because they can message the tour guides in Mallorca for me. After calling their customer service 2 times now they are quite simply rude, disrespectful and aren't there to help you at all. Worst customer experience i have had in a long time. D reizen was way better in terms of customer service, altough they couldn't fix my problem. At least they tried to and wanted to help me on this unpleasant journey. I would advise all companys like D reizen especially to stop working with this "alltours" due to their lack of effort and training on the customer service department. Please treat people with respect like D reizen and almost all other customer services of big companies do. Again, i have talked to 2 customer service employees from all tours and both of them were rude, disrespectful and aren't there to help you at all. Worst customer experience i have had ever!

THE WORST TOUR OPERATOR EVER

Reservation Number: 1C332871 - THE WORST TOUR OPERATOR EVER, don’t book with them no matter what!!! - Family of 4, two kids - 4 and 11 - Evacuated 3 times due to the wildfires in Rhodes, two critical escapes - Central office kept passing „the ball“ to local Alltours representatives and promises to call; local office not even picking the phone - Sleeping on floor and outside for days, no reaction from anyone from the company after multiple promises I will be called back; total black hole and lack of information, deal on your own attitude - All other companies with representatives at the evacuation sites, local Alltours not available even via phone, Düsseldorf office - inadequate - We actually learned from TUI and Coral where we should go and they accepted to host us in a hotel at the reception - While TUI, Coral and all others organized buses to move people from affected sites to safe locations, we had to walk and carry children for 20 km by feet at 41 degrees - Within hours, all other tour operators reacted adequately, transported their clients and within one night organized a replacement accommodation! Alltours are not even present at the main evacuation locations 3 days later!!! The only company missing and not responding! We have had 6 hours of sleep in 72 hours!!! Unacceptable for an 8000€ charge on our holiday! - EVERY OTHER TOUR OPERATOR HELPED THEIR CLIENTS ALREADY TWO NIGHTS AGO!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Hard to reach and very bad transfers

Hard to reach, only contact via whatsapp. Transfers were very very bad. It was not there and back too late and the driver was driving very dangerously.

Lying about reported issue and not willing to resolve it.

I booked a 4 night stay with my family in Santorini during August. It was the last 4 days of my holidays and unfortunately, I missed all the sleep during them and received no support after that. The room in the hotel was really smelly. My kids (3 and 5 years) would enter the room and start saying "Kaka" that it smells sewage. My older daughter would go with a close nose to the bathroom as it smelled a lot. I reported this to the hotel and the Alltour representative and they tried to fix it for 2 days but the only success was that it started smelling less. After requesting a solution from the hotel and Alltours the only thing I was offered was a smaller room for 3 people with an extra bed. We took it as it was better than sleeping in a smelly room. So we spend the last 2 days in a room full of beds and sleeping with our small kids in the same room. Anyone with small kids understands that this is equal to no sleep. I didn't receive any apologies from the hotel owners or the personnel in the reception. On the contrary, I had to push them for a solution every day and hear them saying "We thought the technician fixed it". In the end, we felt like the bad people, who complained about something and we should have just stayed there and enjoy the smell! But that is not all, after that, I reported the issue again to Alltours and asked for compensation as part of my holidays was destroyed and I also didn't receive the service I paid for. Surprised I receive an answer saying that nobody (neither the representative of Alltours nor the hotel) confirms there was a problem and they only changed the room to me because of goodwill! That is such a big lie because I have the written confirmation of Alltours representative that confirms the issue! But they still insist on saying no :-). Incredible. The hotel is not replying, although even after I moved out of the room they had the technician for 3rd day there trying to fix it! But they claim there was no issue! So all in all, stay away if you want to have a good experience in case things don't go as expected.

They are not informing customers about hotel closure even they have the information. I asked them couple of times per email but they did not want to write donw anything, but when I called them they partialy confirm that hotel will be closed, but they still dont want to inform customer officially.

I purchased a tour from this company…

I purchased a tour from this company using reise24. They have no communication skills. They can cancel your tour without any sufficient information. They don’t even give you a chance before cancellation. And when it comes to cancellation fee information, they can show how they can communicate. I strongly recommend not to use alltours for any of your trips. Otherwise, one night before your trip, you can get the cancellation notice with a huge cancellation fee. Unbelievable company which shouldn’t do this job with their lack of communication skills.

Each lineup consists of four starters and two bench players that can be rotated after each round. Adding to the challenge is that every golfer can be used only three times per each of four Segments.

Aside from the experts below, Golfbet Insider Rob Bolton breaks down the field at the Masters Tournament in this week's edition of Power Rankings .

Betting picks

WILL GRAY (Lead, Fantasy & Betting)

• Winner: Scottie Scheffler (+400) – It’s not sexy, but I’ve spent too much time trying to rationalize a pick on someone else. At the end of the day, Scheffler was red-hot heading into his 2022 Masters triumph – and he’s playing materially better this time around.
• Top 10: Ludvig Åberg (+225) – We all know the trends against first-time winners, but they don’t apply to the finish markets. Åberg led the Valero field in SG: Tee-to-Green last week and has all the skills required to contend in his major championship debut.
• Longshot: Russell Henley (+6000) – The former Georgia Bulldog finished T4 here a year ago and has been known to heat up on the greens from time to time. Two top-5s in his last three starts show signs of promise.
• H2H: Chris Kirk (-120) over Keegan Bradley – There aren’t a ton of course comps for Augusta National, but there are some undeniable parallels with the terrain of Kapalua. Expect the Sentry champ to play well, having finished T23 here last year, while Bradley has missed three of four cuts entering the week.

BEN EVERILL (Senior writer, Fantasy & Betting)

• Winner: Xander Schauffele (+1600) – Look, we all know Scheffler has the chance to take this tournament and run with it but my process of elimination story brought me a winner last year and I’m banking it can do it again. Schauffele is ready to contend again… and you have to be knocking on the door to eventually be let in. Back off my blacklist and into the furnace!
• Top 10: Sahith Theegala (+320) – I really like Theegala as an outright option here over the next few years. T9 a year ago with a hot finish and another year wiser to his game. He still has more foul balls off the tee than I’d like but if he can get away with those this week he’s a chance.
• Longshot: Jason Day +6600 – Longshots don’t win the Masters and my campaign to move the threshold to +4000 this week fell on deaf ears (Zalatoris, Finau, Smith…). But how can I not plump for the man who – in his prime – had me declaring he’d win two green jackets in his lifetime? Multiple chances in the past… why not another.
• Head to Head: Shane Lowry (-110) over Collin Morikawa – Lowry’s Tee-to-Green game has been good of late whereas Morikawa is in a ball-striking slump compared to his usual high standards. This is as much a Morikawa fade as anything else.

CHRIS BREECE (Senior Content Manager Golfbet)

• Winner: Scottie Scheffler (+400) – I’ll be that guy. My three finalists were him, Spieth and Schauffele. It came down to who I trusted most to win. And it’s not even close.
• Top 10: Matt Fitzpatrick (+275) – I’m staying patient and not backing off my support of him. He had the best weekend of anyone in San Antonio and I still feel like he has great golf ahead of him.
• Longshot: Max Homa (+5500) – I know what you’re thinking. However, name me a player with more talent/star power whose odds are above +5000.
• H2H: Shane Lowry (-110) over Collin Morikawa – I almost picked Lowry for the top 10. Generally plays well here and has been in good form.

MATT DELVECCHIO (Social content manager, Fantasy & Betting)

• Winner: Will Zalatoris (+4000) – Beware the hungry dog runs faster. It’s comeback time for the previous major runner-up. He’s come back to good form from his back surgery with a three-game stretch of T13, T2 and T4 earlier in the year. He played with Tiger on Monday and saw how great he looked recovering from his own surgery. Will even talked about the influence Tiger's comeback has had on his own journey. People are sleeping on Zalatoris' comeback because of his MC at THE PLAYERS and T74 in Houston. Augusta will bring something out of him. Zalatoris is ready to be among the top players in the world and will show it this week.
• Top 10: Bryson DeChambeau (+300) – It’s been four years since he called Augusta National a par 67. He is older and wiser now to say such a thing. DeChambeau's game fits Augusta well and I see him taking a big charge at this championship in a quest to become a two-time major champion.
• Longshot: Sam Burns (+5500) – The only reason I’m taking him here is that I’ve liked him to win for the past couple of months now and he hasn’t. A wise man once said, “if you like a player to win soon, more likely than not they will”.
• H2H: Lowry (-110) over Morikawa – Collin’s game is a mystery this year. Most alarming has been his iron play which in past years has been seen as unstoppable. Combo that with the fact that Lowry does like Augusta and is in relatively good form as of late. I’ll take the current form over past success.

Golfing greats Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Tom Watson have all called for unity between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf to get the world’s best back playing together frequently in a ‘fractured’ sport.

The all-star trio fulfilled their roles as Honorary Starters at The Masters, following a two-and-a-half-hour weather delay at Augusta National, before discussing the state of the men's game during a lengthy press conference.

The Masters is the first event that PGA Tour and LIV Golf members have competed in the same field since The Open in July, as talks continue to untie the men's game following the Framework Agreement initially announced last summer.

Watson told reporters about speaking to past winners at Tuesday's Champions Dinner about how great it was to have players from both circuits competing against each other, something he wants to see more frequently in the future.

"We all know golf is fractured with the LIV Tour and the PGA Tour doing the different things they are doing," Watson said in Thursday's press conference. "We all know it's a difficult situation for professional golf right now.

"The players really kind of have control I think in a sense. What do they want to do? We'll see where it goes. We don't have the information or the answers. I don't think the PGA Tour or the LIV Tour really have an answer right now.

Defending champion Jon Rahm is among a 13-strong LIV contingent in the field at Augusta National, five fewer than in 2023, with the lack of world rankings points on offer making it harder for players from the Saudi-backed circuit to earn their spot in the majors.

Rahm said earlier this week about how he still loves the PGA Tour and was open to competing on the circuit again, although Player believes it's going to be challenging to get players back together.

"In any business whatsoever, where there's confrontation, it's unhealthy," Player said. "You've got to get together and come to a solution. The public don't like it and we as professionals don't like it either.

"It's a big problem because they paid all these guys to join the LIV tour, fortunes beyond comprehension. I really believe that the players who were loyal should be compensated in some way or another, otherwise there will be dissension."

The PGA Tour player director met with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund - who bankroll LIV Golf - last month in the Bahamas as part of the ongoing talks between the organisations, although no timeline has been publicly put in place as to when - or if - the deal will be finalised.

"The best outcome is the best players playing each other against each other all the time," Nicklaus said. "How it's going? I don't know. I don't want to be privy to it.

"I talked to Jay [Monahan, PGA Tour commissioner] not very long ago. I said 'Jay, don't tell me what's going on because I don't want to have to lie to the press when people ask me questions'. I 'said how are you doing' and he said 'we're doing fine'.

"I think if Jay thinks we're doing fine and we're going to get there, then I think we'll get there. I certainly hope that happens the sooner the better."

Maggie Rogers is heading back on the road, this time in arenas.

The star announced on Thursday (April 11) her first-ever arena tour , dubbed the Don’t Forget Me Tour Part II, to celebrate the release of her third studio album, Don’t Forget Me . The Live Nation-produced outing will kick off on Oct. 9 at Moody Center in Austin, Texas, before it hits cities like Philadelphia, Boston, New York City, Chicago, Seattle and more before wrapping up on November 2 in Los Angeles, Calif. Ryan Beatty will join Rogers as the opening act on her fall tour dates.

AUGUSTA, Ga. — If you’re expecting star power prevailing in this week’s Masters, which begins Thursday at Augusta National, don’t look at the list of winners so far on the PGA Tour.

With all due respect to each of their accomplishments and talent, the list is a who’s-who of … well … who are these guys?

Among the tournament winners include Nick Dunlap, who was the first amateur to win a PGA Tour event since Phil Mickelson did it in 1991.

Then there was Matthieu Pavon, the first Frenchman to win on the PGA Tour.

There, too, was rookie Jake Knapp winning in Mexico, and Austin Eckroat, another rookie, capturing his first victory, then Pete Malnati winning for the first time in nine years and German Stephan Jaeger winning for the first time.

The world’s top players, other than No. 1 ranked Scottie Scheffler and reigning U.S. Open champion Wyndham Clark, have been absent from the top of leaderboards.

Rory McIlroy, ranked No. 2, hasn’t won a tournament leading into the Masters .

Jon Rahm, the defending Masters champion, won three times before his win at Augusta last year but has not won once this year, even after he joined LIV Golf .

Xander Schauffele, ranked No. 5; Patrick Cantlay, ranked No. 7; Viktor Hovland, ranked No. 6; Brian Harman, the reigning British Open champion who’s ranked No. 8?

None has a win this year.

Even Ludvig Aberg, who’s ranked No. 9 and is considered one of the best young talents out there, hasn’t won.

This Masters, in fact, is his first career major — even though he excelled on the European Ryder Cup team in the fall.

The rub here when it comes to the top players versus the lesser knowns is that the cream usually rises to the top at the Masters.

There are exceptions, but over the years the stars usually shine brightest at Augusta.

The best part of this week is the fact that all the world’s best players are together in the same tournament for the first time since the British Open in July.

With the division between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf, with the PGA Tour banning LIV players who compete in its events, only the four major championships bring all of those players together on the same course in the same tournament.

“I believe everyone agrees there’s excitement in the air this week,” Masters chairman Fred Ridley said Wednesday. “The best players in the world are together once again.”

The question is how long that’ll even be the case in the majors since the world ranking system that’s in place doesn’t recognize LIV or award points to its members.

And the world rankings are the essential pathway for players to qualify for the majors.

The Masters, for instance, had 18 LIV players in the field last year and has just 13 this week.

Seven of those are past Masters champions and are invited into the tournament automatically.

Unless something changes with the deeply flawed ranking system, the only LIV players allowed in the Masters field will be past champions.

Just nine LIV players are assured of being back to Augusta National next year, depending on how they fare in the majors this year.

The top 50 in the world rankings at the end of the year and a week before the Masters get invitations to Augusta.

Ridley on Wednesday called Official World Golf Ranking a “legitimate determiner” of the best in golf, which is a questionable assessment at best.

Bryson DeChambeau, one of the LIV players in the field this week but not a former Masters champion, suggested this week that the major championships like the Masters invite a number of the top players from the Saudi tour into its field based on how they’re performing.

Ridley didn’t sound keen on that.

“If we felt that there were a player or players, whether they played on the LIV Tour or any other tour, who were deserving of an invitation to the Masters, we would exercise that discretion with regard to special invitations,” Ridley said.

One special invite was given to a LIV player who wasn’t already qualified via ranking or past-champion status — Joaquin Niemann.

Interestingly, when Ridley ran down the reasons why Niemann was invited, he cited a number of Niemann’s accomplishments — none of which were LIV related — despite the fact that the Chilean has won two LIV tournaments this year.

So, the continental divide remains. At least golf has this week.

We spent 2 memorable days with Alla tours! Will never forget docking right across from the museum in St. Petersburg, our wonderful guide met us dockside, we saw everything in St. Petersburg! Beautiful palaces, markets, restaurants, we had a private tour with a guide an driver! I pray they are ok! Our guide was educated and spoke perfect English. I think that there are many Russians who do not support this insane dictator! 

Totally agree!  We were scheduled on a Baltic cruise in 2021 that was cancelled due to Covid, but planned to tour St. Petersburg with Alla.

I met Anna personally about ten years ago when we used her company for a two day private tour of St. Petersburg, and I have recommended her to many friends.  She is extremely professional and I loved supporting a female owned business.  Our guide was a young graduate from their School of Fine Arts who spoke excellent English, gave us a revelatory tour of the Hermitage, and shared her grandmother's experiences during the darkest days.  Both days, Anna personally appeared to make sure all was going well and to encourage our feedback.  I will never forget the many things I learned during that tour, however, I have made the personal decision to never return to Putin's Russia.  Please support Anna's business all you can at other Baltic ports.  She and her employees are worthy of Oceania's loyalty.

We have done two tours with Alla and would book again.  Wonderful guides and wonderful people.  Wish them all the best in the future.

I applaud the well known Alla Tours Company.

We had a great 3-day tour of St Petersburg with Alla in 2018 (and in Riga and Klaipeda afterwards). Wish them and the many good Russians we have met on our two trips to Russia the best of luck in these trying times.  The other Russians, not so much.

We too made a superb 3-day private tour in St. Petersburg with Alla in September 2019, and it was a really great experience. We had an excellent french-speaking guide Maria and a perfect driver whose name we don't remember.  The visits were tailored to our interests and we enjoyed this port of call very much.

Right now the problem is those of us who have Baltic cruises for this year booked that included SPB which has been dropped, don't know where or if 2 other ports will be subbed for SPB .It's hard to plan shore ex in the other ports that All Tours services when you don't know your itinerary. it's been over a week since Oceania and NCL announced dropping SPB and subbing other ports and no word yet what those ports are. I will be using All Tours for excursions if I can once I find out where my cruise will be going.

As this is a web site devoted to cruises, what else should I be talking about on Cruise Critic? What is wrong with wanting to go on a cruise in the Baltic region if it is going? I suspect the people in the region will need and appreciate the revenue that cruisers bring in. Political discussions get threads locked. Then those of us booked on cruises can't get any updated info.

Although I like having my tours planned  well in advance, last minute may be the only way to go this summer. I suspect many, many people have cancelled already because of SPB being dropped, on my cruise roll call a number have announced they did. There should be lots of space available with Alla or other companies as the ships in the Baltic won't be very full if they go at all.

I have until April 15, final payment date, to see what is planned for ports.

Yes, CC is devoted to cruises but it does not require any of us to put our concerns for humanity and the planet below our wishes to cruise to certain places.

Aerosmith announces new dates for 2024 farewell tour 'Peace Out,' headed to Nashville

A erosmith has announced the rescheduled 2024 dates for their farewell 'Peace Out Tour.' The tour, which was originally set to come to Nashville in January 2024, was postponed due to singer Steven Tyler's vocal cord damage.

The band will now hit the stage at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Sunday, Oct. 20.

Rock legends Aerosmith—comprised of Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton, Joey Kramer and Brad Whitford—are known for hits "Dream On," "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" and "Walk This Way."

The band has released 15 studio albums, with their most recent released in 2012, "Music From Another Dimension!"

Aerosmith has announced that The Black Crowes, comprised of brothers Chris and Rich Robinson , will accompany them on tour. The Black Crowes released their first album in 15 years, "Happiness Bastards," on March 14.

Why did Aerosmith postpone their final tour?

Aerosmith first announced that they would be embarking on their final tour via video in May 2023. The tour began on Sept. 3 in Philadelphia.

The band, though, was forced to cancel remaining tour dates after frontman Steven Tyler suffered an injury at their performance on Sept. 9 in at the UBS Arena in New York.

Tyler suffered a vocal injury that included a fractured larynx and vocal cord damage.

In a Sept. 29 statement on Facebook , the band promised to honor tickets for new dates. “I am heartbroken to not be out there with Aerosmith, my brothers and the incredible Black Crowes, rocking with the best fans in the world,” Tyler said.

“I promise we will be back as soon as we can!”

Now, the rescheduled farewell tour will start back up on Sept. 20 in Pennsylvania, celebrating Aerosmith's hits from over 50 years together as a band.

All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled shows. Ticket-holders will receive more information via email.

Tickets for the newly announced shows, both rescheduled and added performances, will go on sale on Friday, April 12 at 10 a.m. CST at  ticketmaster.com .
