No one there speaks English let's start there. The worst part is they will ROBBBBBB you. They will lie and say it's airlines prices but it's not. They will make up fees and say it's airlines fees but it's not. They will overcharge your flight, paid a $700 flight but online the flight was only $400. If I can give them 0 stars I would.
