He did a fantastic job in arranging and putting together the tour for my family of 9, including my very elderly in-laws! We covered Istanbul, Kusadasi (Ephesus, Pamukkale) and Cappadocia. He was also able customize our itinerary according to our needs. All of us had a great time. It was, however, very hectic, but we had a good time. As for the hotels, we stayed in Celal Sultan In IST (bang in the middle of old IST), Ramada Suites in Kusadasi ( near the ocean front) and MDC Cave hotel in Cappadocia. The breakfast options in all these hotels was fantastic. We had an issue with MDC cave hotel in Cappadocia. Room # 407 had a water leak from the ceiling in the bedroom and when I complained about it to their office, they said they could not do anything about it. Apparently, it's an ongoing issue but unable to do anything about it. That was quite odd! I must mention about Ali, our tour guide in Istanbul, who was brilliant, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and caring. He went out of his way to help everyone and was able to answer all our questions. Needless to say, he made it look like he was family. He had a very positive attitude and without doubt, the best tour guide we had on the tour. Our tour guide in Kusadasi was Bar - we found him to be average with a lil bit of an attitude and not very friendly. And then we had Tuba in Cappadocia, who was also very good, full of energy, had a pleasing personality, was friendly and was able to answer all our questions. That being said, when we started with Ali, the bar was set very high and we naturally tend to compare Ali with the other tour guides. Our airport transfers and tour vehicles were all good and came on time. The Hot air balloon (MUST DO) ride company in Cappadocia was also very good. The lunch options during the tour were all satisfactory. The airports in each of the places we stayed are approx 1 hr to the hotel. So keep this in mind when booking your flight tickets into and out of IST. Also to add, Kerem was always available on phone, whenever we needed some information/clarification, getting airport assistance for wheel chair, etc. Very pleasing person to deal with. So thank you Kerem! And finally, I decided to go with Tour Altinkum, purely based off reviews (no one recommended them to me). Well organized, had no issues and tours were on time! Show is good, swimming with the delphins is wonderful , even is a bit too short for that price. But photos.... That is not ok what they are asking for. 30 euro for one photo , or set 150 euros with not good quality. You are not able to take photos by your self. Swimming is too far from the public and made back side from it.... So after such a nice experience with the huge smile you stand there and think...WOW what should I do.... To much But ... The lagoon is not blue or anything like paradise as one would expect from the advertised pictures. Trying to get a sunbed isn't the easiest and when you see the condition of them you will wonder why you paid for them and not that they should be paying you. The beach is not sand at all It is shingle and very flipping hot and extremely sharp. Even swimming poses it's own problems with entry into swimmable water posed with varying sized rock which again is sharp and took a slice out of my foot. Getting to the lagoon is 1 mile walk from being dropped off in the blistering heat. Seriously, save your money and don't be hoodwinked into thinking you're going to paradise, trust me you're not, you are going to a very packed out area with no room to swing a bat. We had a lovely guide called Cherry who explained about the area. We sailed down the river to the mud baths and thermal springs. It was a great experience even though the showers were freezing. Got back on the boat to go to the cafe for lunch. Salad, bread, chicken and rice. Drinks were cheap. We then went to a place to pick up crabs to feed the turtles. We stopped at the tombs in the cliff and the guide told us about them. We then went to the turtle beach. We saw loads of turtles in the water. A very enjoyable day. Read more Written 15 November 2023

Two options of chicken or fish as well as sides of salad rice and bread. It states you get two free drinks and the rest will be charged but we ended having to pay. It was a really great day. It is a long trip there and back from Bodrum, but well worth it. We had music playing both Turkish and English music which we all sang together.. water fights against the 2 other Jeep passengers was such fun as was the Gorge , mud bath and Rafting. Food was so good too. Sam Sam was the tour lead he was so funny … highly recommend. We were late in, they had left although they claim not. We had to then get private transfer to our hotel. Rep thought they would pay the money back or give us a free transfer back after our holiday but they didn't. We travel all over the world many times and never had a problem until now. Even their day trips were awful. Saving grace they had lovely tour guides and drivers. So folks beware. We would not want you to experience the same poor service.
