We will always let you know when doors open for each individual event on the event page on our website and on the Co-op Live app. We will also always try to let you know showtimes, however these are not always available and can change at the last minute. We don’t want you to miss out, so please always arrive with plenty of time to get through ticket checks and security once doors are open. For safety reasons we do not share the end time. Curfew for main bowl evening events is 23:00 unless otherwise stated.

  • Head to the entrance that is stated on your ticket.
  • Open your app and have your tickets ready for scanning.
  • Keep your small bag and coats on your person. There is no need to take items from your pockets, unless instructed to by our security team.
  • Simply pass through the screening system when asked by one of the team.
  • You may be required to undergo a further search; you’ll be instructed to head to the nearest search table if required.

No, but we have a number of food and drink outlets at Co-op Live including bars, restaurants and lounges catering to all tastes and diets. All food and drink items will carry full ingredients lists and be clearly labelled with allergens to ensure those with food allergies can access the information they need easily.

If you need to bring anything from outside because of special dietary or medical requirements, please  contact us in advance of your visit and speak to staff at the door on arrival.

We will be using unbranded, reusable cups onsite through the ONE Planet ONE Chance Reusable Cup System. Please return your cups to the specific return points so they can be washed and used again. You will be in with a chance to win great prizes every time you return a cup! We offer a bottle and baby food warming service for all parents who require it. Please visit the team in one of the food outlets who will be more than happy to help.

In most cases, you can use your phone to capture the action, but professional cameras, video recording or any other form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited. There may be some occasions when the artist or event organiser asks fans to lock away their phones too. In that case, we will always let you know in advance on the event page and in the run-up to the event.

We still want you to have a great time, so please let us know by contacting us in advance if you can no longer safely stand so we can try to find an alternative location for you to enjoy the event. To avoid any safety issues, we don’t allow people using crutches or walking aids onto the standing floor.

We’re always here to help. If you have any questions or issues in the venue, please speak to one of our team at the Fan Information Points or around the venue. We’re often able to help in the moment and would strongly recommend you speak to somebody rather than raising the issue after the event. Although we love engaging with fans on social media, we can’t always deal with issues raised there at the right time.

Live shows often include special effects, including pyro, lasers and strobe lighting. Although we do our best to find out in advance, we can’t always let you know before the event if this is the case. Assistance Dogs UK - ADUK registered assistance dogs are welcome at the venue. However, we recognise that not all assistance dogs are registered with Assistance Dogs UK Members and assistance dogs can be trained by their owners. We allow access to assistance dogs who are not formally trained by Assistance Dogs UK as long as they meet the Equalities and Human Rights Commission’s definition of an assistance dog.

This means your dog needs to have been trained:

• Not to wander around the premises or approach other customers.

• To only go to the toilet on command in a designated area of the event.

• To sit or lie quietly next to their owner.

Due to the crowded nature of our events and the low lighting conditions customers can experience, we request that your assistance dog wears a high vis jacket, even if they do not usually do so. This request is to ensure we meet customers’ access requirements while ensuring we also fulfil our legal obligation to provide a safe environment for all customers.

Event staff will be available to look after your assistance dog to allow you to fully enjoy the show. Please let us know in advance by contacting us  if you are bringing your assistance dog to the venue or if you have any questions.

Please note that on rare occasions, we may need to relocate you to a more suitable seat should you wish to remain with your assistance dog.

Please contact us  in advance should this be the case, providing as much detail as possible, including your seat number or ticket type so we can ensure the event teams are aware. A medical team will be available at each event.

Please note that on rare occasions, we may need to relocate you to a more suitable seat depending on the equipment you require to bring into the venue.

If you require British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter, audio description or any other assisted performance, please contact the venue directly at least four weeks in advance of the event.

Events are likely to include special effects including strobe and flashing lights, smoke, haze, and pyrotechnics.
