Safari Lagoi adalah rumah bagi berbagai hewan yang diselamatkan dan terancam punah termasuk orangutan, beruang madu, gajah, buaya sepanjang 6 meter, dan banyak lagi! Ada juga kandang burung yang dipenuhi burung-burung yang hidup dan indah.

Hewan dan burung yang tinggal di Safari Lagoi sebagian besar diselamatkan dari perdagangan hewan peliharaan ilegal dan pasar daging eksotis, disita dari 'pemilik' oleh Otoritas Pemerintah Indonesia yang relevan atau hewan yang sakit / terluka sedang dirawat hingga sehat kembali. Sebagian besar satwa ini dinilai tidak mampu untuk dilepasliarkan kembali ke alam liar karena berbagai alasan, sehingga perlu adanya perawatan di pusat ini.

Safari Lagoi bertujuan untuk menginformasikan dan mendidik masyarakat tentang perlunya melindungi dan melestarikan keanekaragaman hayati dan warisan alam Indonesia yang sangat besar. Kementerian Konservasi Alam dan Kehutanan Indonesia memberikan saran dan dukungan profesional untuk pusat ini.

Daerah ini juga mencakup pertanian ramah lingkungan, surga tanaman hijau seluas 17 hektar tempat buah-buahan ditanam dan ikan dipelihara secara organik. Tur pertanian ramah lingkungan akan memberi pengunjung, terutama penduduk perkotaan, kesempatan untuk memulai perjalanan 1,5 – 2 jam penemuan siklus alam dan mekanisme di sekitar pertanian ramah lingkungan.

Pengunjung dapat menyaksikan produk lokal dalam keadaan paling alami. Anak-anak dapat menghubungkan lebih baik apa yang mereka pelajari di sekolah dengan metode pertanian berkelanjutan yang digunakan di pertanian ramah lingkungan, mengenal berbagai jenis sayuran dan buah-buahan, menanam atau memanen tanaman musiman secara langsung, dan belajar cara membuat yang baru hidangan seperti 'rojak' yang dibuat dari bahan-bahan yang dipanen dari pertanian!

Safari Lagoi and Eco Farm aims to inform and educate the public on the need to protect and conserve the immense biodiversity and natural heritage of Indonesia. As a refuge centre for endangered Indonesian fauna, the animals and birds in the safari are mainly rescued from illegal pet trade and exotic meat markets. Others were either sick or injured and subsequently nursed back to health in the premises. These residents are mostly judged to be incapable of survival if released back in the wild and hence are provided with continued quality care at the centre. Dedicated to wildlife and environmental conservation, the establishment maintains close partnerships with like-minded individuals, institutions and government bodies including the Indonesian Ministry of Nature Conservation and Forestry.
