NOS VALEURS

La P'tite Maiz', c'est avant tout un truc de copains. Nous sommes Christophe et Quentin, deux amis s'étant réunis dans un projet commun autour de notre passion : la fabrication de bière. Nous avons commencé à brasser en 2011 chez les parents de Christophe, à Tours Nord, dans la petite maison au fond du jardin, qu’on appelait déjà La P’tite Maiz’. Et nous ne nous sommes jamais arrêtés jusqu’à devenir professionnels en février 2016.

Nous ne protégeons pas les secrets de fabrication, nous sommes dans le partage avec la clientèle et les confrères. nous avons douze bières permanentes et chaque année nous sortons trente à quarante bières éphémères, qui ne sont brassées qu’une fois, avec toujours nos trois mots d’ordre : équilibre, passion et qualité. dans le but d'être toujours plus créatifs et d'apprendre de nos pairs, nous nous associons régulièrement à d'autres brasseries, afin de créer des bières en quantités limitées et originales..

Arrivée dans nos locaux, signature et emménagement dans nos locaux de 850m2 au nord de tours à notre-dame-d'oé. c'est ici que les bières la p'tite maiz' prennent vie , création de la p'tite maiz', création de la société la p'tite maiz' et réalisation du premier brassin en nomade..

Lancement professionel, premier brassin professionnel dans le sous-sol du bar la réserve., création de l'association, création de l'association des "compagnons de la p'tite maiz'".

Leider in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit in Ordnung, Matratze durchgelegen und Bettwäsche aus Synthetik zum totschwitzen. Frühstück unterirdisch. Schlechte Qualität von Käse und Schinken, Auswahl unzureichend. Würde ich nur im Notfall nochmal buchen. Gut waren die vielen kostenlose Parkplätze in direkter Nachbarschaft (Industriegebiet).

Complementing the steel 3003 released last week, the new Nordest 3003 Ti is a flat-bar gravel bike with a titanium frame and clearance for 700 x 50mm tires. It’s available with your choice of a carbon gravel fork or a Cane Creek Invert suspension fork. Learn more here…

Last week’s announcement of the steel Nordest 3003 drummed up a lot of discussion about component selection and specs on flat-bar gravel bikes. We weren’t expecting a titanium version to be released the following week. The Nordest 3003 Ti is a titanium copy of the steel model, sharing the exact same geometry and frame specs (aside from a 31.8mm seat post clamp), and it’s built up around Ti3Al2.5V double-butted tubing instead of 4130 Chromoly steel.

Like the steel version, the 3003 Ti features SRAM UDH dropouts, clearance for 650b x 54mm or 700 x 50mm tires, and has dropper post routing for folks who like to get rad on gravel rides. Unlike the steel model, which is available with a carbon or steel fork, Nordest offers the 3003 Ti as a standalone frame, with the Nordest Albarda Carbon fork, or with Cane Creek Invert CS 40mm suspension fork.

And here’s what Nordest had to say about the 3003 Ti: “Our Nordest 3003 TI frame is a quiet, fun and fast gravel model with a new geometry for a flat handlebar. You can build your bike as you like, or choose the options we recommend in our kits. The frame is made with a Titanium Ti3Al2.5V double butted tubing, with an advanced study of geometry designed by Pedro Jerónimo, has been tested by riders with excellent results in all conditions. This frame has chainstays that are only 420mm long.”
