Pearl Jam continues to try to protect fans’ access to fairly priced tickets by providing the majority of tickets to its Ten Club members where possible, making tickets non-transferable where permitted, and by selling approximately 10% of tickets through PJ Premium at the market rate to offset increased costs. Tickets on this tour will continue to be non-transferable in all states except where it is prohibited by law, such as New York and Illinois. Unfortunately, fans in those states may be subject to increased ticket prices if they choose to purchase on the secondary market.

Pearl Jam will use all-in pricing across all North America, Europe and UK shows on this tour. This means the ticket price you see listed is the full out-of-pocket price inclusive of fees so there are no surprises at check out.

What is ticketmaster request.

Pearl Jam is using Ticketmaster Request to power this fan club presale. Ticketmaster Request is a simple way to request tickets to popular shows, so you don’t have to compete in a first-come, first-served sale. You can take your time to review the available options and request the right tickets for you. All you need to do is tell us which show(s) you’re interested in, the type of ticket you want and your payment details. If tickets that match your request are available, your card will be charged, and we’ll email you instructions on how to view them. Note: each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketmaster; the charge will appear as Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam.

How does the Ten Club ticket request work?

Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what shows and tickets you’re interested in. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. If your request is fulfilled, your card will be charged and we’ll email you a confirmation with instructions on how to view your tickets during the week of February 19. Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

How do I unlock access to the Ten Club ticket request?

Eligible Ten Club members will receive an email from Ten Club with the info. You can also find the presale info on the Ten Club Member News page. The Ten Club ticket request is for eligible Ten Club members only with active membership accounts as of Monday, February 12, 2024.

Is there a cutoff date to become a Ten Club member for the ticket request presale?

Yes. All fans must be a Ten Club paid member, current as of Monday, February 12, 2024. However, all fans can register for the chance to access the general sale on February 23 — tap here to get started.

Can I request tickets for more than one city?

Yes. By submitting a ticket request for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should your request be fulfilled. For example, if you enter for five shows, it is possible your request can be fulfilled for all five shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for tickets to all five shows. However, you can only purchase up to two Ten Club tickets for each individual show. All tickets will be non-transferable in all states except where it is prohibited by law.

Can I get tickets to both shows in a city that has multiple performance dates?

Yes. For cities where there are two performance dates, you can request and may be confirmed for both shows, except in New York, where you can only be confirmed for one show.

Why can I no longer prioritize my shows?

Based on fan feedback, the prioritization tool caused confusion. Only request tickets for shows you can definitely attend.

My friend and I are both Ten Club Members. We both want to request a pair of tickets each. Can we both submit our requests using the same Ticketmaster account?

No, each member must request tickets using their own Ticketmaster account.

How will tickets be determined for Ten Club members?

To level the playing field, ticket requests are fulfilled in a randomized selection process. If selected for seated tickets, tickets will be assigned based on Ten Club seniority within the purchased price level.

Where are the tickets located?

Ten Club tickets are located in a variety of ticket types and locations. We anticipate greater demand for tickets than are tickets available. To better your chances of getting Ten Club tickets, select as many ticket options as you are willing to purchase.

What is the GA Pit or Reserved - Standing or Seating option?

Select this option if you are willing to stand in GA or sit through the show as you may be selected for either. If selected for GA standing tickets, you will receive early entry at a predetermined GA only door, at venues where early entry is permitted. If selected for Reserved Seating, your tickets will be assigned based on seniority in Ten Club.

What is the Reserved - Seating option?

In most venues, Ten Club reserved seated tickets will be available in two price levels. Reserved seated tickets are assigned to members based on seniority in the Ten Club within the purchased price level and will start closest to the stage extending back and include seats down on the arena floor. Ten Club ticketed areas will be highlighted on the seating chart during the ticket request process. Due to high demand at many of these shows, Ten Club seats can be located in some of the upper sections. Members with reserved tickets will enter the venue at the regular door time.

Why does Ten Club have seats in the upper areas?

Many venues have contractual partner programs which guarantee their subscribers access to some of the prime locations across all events in the building, including Pearl Jam shows. This is a contractual arrangement and is outside of Ten Club’s control. In some venues Ten Club must hold seats in higher sections to make up for the loss of ticket inventory in the lower areas.

What types of ADA Seating are available?

ADA seating is available through Ticketmaster Request during the seat selection process. Locations will vary by venue and are typically very limited. There is no ADA seating in the GA PIT at any of the shows.

Can I transfer or sell tickets I can’t use?

All tickets are non-transferable* and non-refundable.

Pearl Jam has asked Ticketmaster to ensure their fans have access to tickets at face value and to achieve this they have directed that tickets be restricted from transfer.* On the night of the show, all guests will be required to enter with the ticket purchaser. For fans that can’t use the tickets they have purchased, Pearl Jam and Ticketmaster will offer a Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange for every city beginning at a later date.*

Chicago, IL and New York, NY have laws that prohibit artists from being able to restrict the transfer of their tickets. For shows in these states, Pearl Jam strongly encourages fans to choose to only buy or sell tickets to one another on face value exchanges — including Ticketmaster’s Fan-to-Fan Face Value Exchange.

Is there a deadline to list my tickets for sale on the Face Value Exchange for Pearl Jam?

Tickets may be listed up until one hour after the event start time*. However, the sooner you can list your tickets on the Exchange the better opportunity for them to be purchased by another fan. Once it’s been an hour since the event started, any tickets that have not sold will be placed back into your account and will be available for you to use.

*Boston’s Fenway Park – Face Value Exchange will officially close 10 days prior to each event. Tickets cannot be sold or purchased on the Face Value Exchange after that time.

What happens if my tickets don’t sell for Pearl Jam?

Your tickets will remain available for purchase until one hour after the start of the event*. Once that time has passed, any tickets that have not sold will be placed back into your account and will be available for you to use.

Why are tickets non-transferable in some cities and not in others?

Local laws around resale as well as technical ticketing capabilities vary in different venues, states, and countries, therefore transferability will vary throughout the tour.

Are international fans able to request tickets to shows in North America ?

Yes, eligible international fans who create a Ticketmaster.com account can submit a Ten Club ticket request. However, we may limit the availability of the Site or any service or product described on the Site to any person or geographic area at any time. Can I request tickets for the shows outside of North America?

“The rights of women are not just being threatened, they are already being taken away,” Vedder said after “Evenflow,” a handful of songs into the band’s two and a half hour set. “I know it’s a little early to be getting into this s–t, but let’s get it over with! So the right to choose issue, it used to involve religious fanatics, and then politicians got involved, not because they care one way or another, they just would like the votes. And it’s evolved into judges, and women of all ages are up against a Supreme Court. So there’s good news: It’s time to vote, and as the great Patti Smith said, people have the power. Never have truer words been spoken. Women, feel empowered; women, vote for your own interests, and help a sister out while you’re at it.”

The band then went into “Daughter,” with an extended outro to the melody of Pink Floyd ’s “Another Brick In the Wall Pt. 2,” in which Vedder changed the lyrics to sing, “Keep your bans all off our bodies/ politicians leave our girls alone/ Judges leave our girls alone.”

Otherwise, the band clearly enjoyed the 50-show milestone, with Vedder telling a story of the first time he ever came to New York City (“as a Chicago kid, and then on the West Coast, I had never been East of Chicago before”) while introducing “Elderly Woman Behind the Counter In a Small Town,” while there were huge crowd reactions for the high-energy performances of songs such as “Rearviewmirror,” “Hail Hail” and “Do the Evolution.” (The latter, for this fan at least, takes on a different tenor after watching three episodes of the docuseries Chimp Crazy , but I digress.)

After a set break, Vedder came out solo to perform the Steven Van Zandt -penned “I Am a Patriot” and the latter-career gem “Just Breathe,” before bringing tour opener Glen Hansard — “Good human, great Irishman” — to the stage to perform the latter’s “The Song of Good Hope,” shouting out a few fans who had been going through rough times and saying that the song had helped him through troubles of his own. The full band — plus former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer and producer Andrew Watt, who chipped in with a few solos over the evening — then returned for John Lennon ’s “Gimme Some Truth” and the punk anthem “Sonic Reducer.”

The band then ripped through another rarity in fan-favorite “Leash” and its iconic anthem “Alive,” before Vedder brought Little Stevie himself on stage to run through a joyful “Rocking In the Free World,” complete with Hansard, Watt and the full arena lights on, before closing out with their unreleased classic “Yellow Ledbetter” and sending fans home into the Manhattan night.

Pearl Jam has a big year planned.

On April 19, the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will drop their 12th studio album “Dark Matter.”

A few weeks later, Eddie Vedder and co. will take the record on the road for their summer ‘Dark Matter Tour’ that will send the grunge rockers to arenas all over North America.

That includes a pair of back-to-back concerts at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, Sept. 3 and Wednesday, Sept. 4 .

The band is excited to share their new record, too.

“We still care about putting something out there that is meaningful,” Vedder shared in a press release. “No hyperbole, I think this is our best work.”

And if you can’t wait to hear them shred live, you can grab tickets for the ‘Dark Matter Tour’ as soon as today.

Although the registration sale doesn’t start on Ticketmaster until Friday, Feb. 23, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

Over Memorial Day weekend, Pearl Jam will headline at Napa, CA’s annual, genre-spanning BottleRock Festival.

Pearl Jam Is Finally Hitting the Road in Support of ‘Gigaton’

Two years after putting their tour in support of LP Gigaton on hold due to the pandemic, Pearl Jam is ready to head out on the road for a North American tour, starting May 3. The Eddie Vedder -fronted band will make 19 stops across Canada and the U.S., including two shows at L.A.’s Forum and one at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

Josh Klinghoffer — the former guitarist for Red Hot Chilli Peppers — is set to open for Pearl Jam with his solo project Pluralone. He’ll also join Pearl Jam as a touring member alongside Vedder, Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament, Mike McCready, and Matt Cameron.

The tour will feature efforts to reduce Pearl Jam’s carbon footprint by paying $200 per ton for carbon dioxide mitigation — a 10-time increase to the band’s efforts in past years. The band has made a conscious effort during past tours to minimize their impact on the environment and global warming.

“We are proud of our prior efforts to mitigate our inevitable carbon footprint from touring over the past 20 years but the time to multiply that effort is clearly right now,” said Gossard in a release. “By committing to this aggressive pricing, we hope to equally amplify our efforts and gather partners who share our urgency to make the investments and innovations required to move our world to a more conscious, carbon balanced economy.”

Tickets for the tour go on sale Monday.

Pearl Jam’s most recent album featured songs such as “Dance of the Clairvoyants,” “Superblood Wolfmoon,” and Retrograde.” The band last went on tour in 2018 with several stops at baseball stadiums. Along with their North America dates in May and the fall, the group is also heading to Europe this summer.

Pearl Jam Play New York City’s Apollo Theater: Photos, Set List

Pearl Jam were waiting to play this show for eight years.

At least that's what Eddie Vedder said Saturday night (Sept. 10) in the middle of his band's set at Harlem's Apollo Theater. Though the idea of Pearl Jam playing the historic venue may have started long ago, it was first announced in early 2020. As with nearly everything planned for that year, the show was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

When the big night finally happened as a part of  SiriusXM’s Small Stage Series , the longtime arena headliners seemed quite comfortable in front of the 1,500 fans crammed into the theater.

Pearl Jam have a long-standing history with New York City, first playing at the intimate Marquee on July 13, 1991, and then a few days later visiting the equally cramped Wetlands Preserve, where they were billed as the Epic recording artist formerly known as Mother Love Bone .

In fact, recognizing that the Red Hot Chili Peppers  are set to play the Apollo on Tuesday, Sept. 13, Vedder cracked a joke about their shared roots: "Thirty years later, we’re still fucking opening for them."

Instead of reflecting on Pearl Jam's own history, Vedder spent most of his time celebrating the legacy of the Apollo. From Bessie Smith to John Coltrane, he took every possible chance to lift up the artists who had once stood on the same famed stage.

That's not to say the gig at the Apollo was  perfect . In fact, it was far from it. During their first five songs, which were performed mostly acoustic with the band seated, there were noticeable issues with the venue's PA system.

After the band wrapped up "Hard to Imagine," Vedder took a moment to address what was happening. "I've been asked to tell you all...what I'm about to say I'm pretty damn sure they did not say to John Coltrane when he played here," he joked. "They need us to take a second, one minute, to reboot the computer or reboot something."

That minute turned into five, then 10, then 15. As the crowd grew increasingly restless, Vedder saved the moment with a beautiful and truly unplugged solo cover of Warren Zevon 's "Keep Me In Your Heart."

It didn't take much longer for the sound issues to be fixed and the full band to come back to the stage. From that point on, tensions eased and the band and crowd were in sync for the remainder of the show, thanks in large part to Vedder's continued positive mood.

The rest of the set included fan favorites like "Do the Evolution," "Even Flow" and "Porch." There were also plenty of new tracks from their latest album Gigaton , including "Dance of the Clairvoyants" and "Who Ever Said."

Near the end of 2020, journalist David Fricke interviewed Stone Gossard for TIDAL , and  asked what it was like for Pearl Jam to have released  Gigaton  just as the pandemic forced them to cancel all tour plans.

"We’re definitely itching, ready to go," Gossard replied, "and the gratitude and joy that will come off the stage will be for real. Having not been able to play for so long, we’re never going to look at a live show the same way again."

That gratitude and joy saturated Pearl Jam's performance at the Apollo Theater, making it a once-in-a-lifetime concert experience for those in attendance and all those listening live across the continent.

Pearl Jam Announce 2022 North American Tour Dates

In March 2020, Pearl Jam were among the first major acts to postpone tour dates due to the pandemic . Now, two years later, the band has announced its rescheduled North American tour. The shows in support of Gigaton take place in May and September. Find Pearl Jam’s new tour dates below.

Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer will join Pearl Jam as a touring member at the North American concerts. Klinghoffer’s solo project, Pluralone , will also open for Pearl Jam in the United States and Canada.

Pearl Jam delivered an even flow of grunge and gratitude at Fenway Park

Artists who’ve climbed the venue ladder high enough to secure a gig at Fenway Park typically aren’t keen on sharing the spotlight come showtime. Yet for the final 10 minutes of Pearl Jam’s concert Sunday night, a handful of the historic ballpark’s lights illuminated the field on full blast, effectively extending the stage and folding thousands of chanting fans into the Seattle band’s performance. The first of Pearl Jam’s two Fenway shows this week culminated in a radiant trio of tunes: “Alive,” a cover of Neil Young’s “Rockin’ in the Free World,” and the bluesy blister “Yellow Ledbetter.”

“Alive,” in particular, was a rallying cry for the group and its legions of faithful supporters, who beamed while reciting “I’m still alive,” a particularly powerful sentiment as the band and its fanbase approach 35 years together. Shining the light on the crowd seemed like Pearl Jam’s gracious acknowledgement that its longevity is a group effort; “the only reason they have us [at Fenway] is because of you,” lead vocalist Eddie Vedder said during the show’s well-lit final act. Pearl Jam’s first Fenway show in six years proved to be a spectacle of grunge and gratitude, as Vedder consistently recalled “sensitive stories” that erupted into Pearl Jam’s full-bodied arena rock.

He teared up reminiscing about climbing trees with late Soundgarden leader Chris Cornell before launching into the “No Code” cut “In My Tree.” He pontificated about firearm regulations, as if issuing a disclaimer about his own beliefs ahead of the consecutive gun-centric tunes “Glorified G” and “Jeremy.” Before performing the newer tune “Something Special,” he volunteered that the song could be for fathers and daughters, mothers and sons, a mixture of all of the above, or even “childless cat ladies.”

Yet Vedder’s continuous commentary failed to dull Pearl Jam’s notoriously ragged domain. Lead guitarist Mike McCready still slung his guitar behind his neck during “Even Flow,” fingers flying with slick precision while wearing aloofness like an accessory (“it’s like an animal being let out of his cage,” Vedder observed). “Blood” remained a molten cascade of alt-rock intensity, as did the charging number “Rearviewmirror.” And “Better Man” blossomed from an acoustic stew into a buzzing stadium singalong that could have easily been the show’s climax.

With regards to how much the new album “Dark Matter” actually matters in the context of Pearl Jam’s catalog, the band favored the record above all others, tucking cuts like “Wreckage” and “React, Respond” — along with references to Tim Wakefield, Kevin Youkilis, and Jason Varitek — between more established tunes from “Vitalogy” and “Ten.”

But don’t try to figure out which Sox legend Vedder was referencing with his No. 34 jersey. The shirt was a nod to the number of shows the band has performed in Massachusetts, the first of which was a stone’s throw away at 15 Lansdowne St. (then the address of Citi, now home to the House of Blues). Despite 34 raucous years — and local shows — Pearl Jam made it clear that the band is still counting its blessings.
