Day 2 - Munnar : Enjoy your breakfast from Ernakulam hotel and proceed to Munnar, which is around 120 KM away and approximate travel time is 3 hours and 30 minutes. On the way you can enjoy the beauty of Neriamangalam bridge which is built in 1935. The other sightseeing on the way to Munnar from cochin are Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls, Karadipara view point etc. Check in the hotel and relax for the day.

Day 3 - Munnar : After breakfast, proceed for Munnar full day sightseeing. You can visit Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Anamudi, Pothamedu View Point, The Blossom International Park, Tea Museum, Attukad Waterfalls, Top Station, Kolukkumalai Tea Estate, Photo point, Lockhart Gap View, Chokramudi Peak, Munnar View Point etc. Evening back to resort and enjoy campfire and delicious dinner.

Day 4 - Thekkady : Enjoy your breakfast from Munnar resort and proceed to Thekkady, which is 85 KM away and approximate travel time is 3 hours. On arrival at Thekkady, check in the hotel, enjoy your lunch and relax. Afternoon proceed for Periyar lake boating. Periyar lake boating online booking is possible through KTDC website. If time permits, go for Thekkady plantation tour and back to resort late evening.

Day 5 - Alleppey Houseboat : Enjoy your delicious breakfast from Thekkady resort checkout and for short plantation visit. Around 9 AM proceed to Alleppey houseboat which is 140 KM away and approximate travel time is 4 hours. Check in the houseboat around 12 noon. Now its the time for relaxation and enjoyment. Around 1.30 PM, delicious lunch will be served in the Alleppey houseboat.

Day 6 - Varkala / Kovalam / Poovar Beach : One hour house boat cruise in the morning, have your breakfast and proceed to Varkala / Kovalam / Poovar Beach as per your preference. Day 07: Kovalam to Kanyakumari After early breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kanyakumari (100km–3hours) drive, Proceed for local sightseeing tour in the afternoon. Kanyakumari is located at the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent and represents the site where the spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda spent days in meditation upon a rock off of the coast. Padmanbhapuram Palace, Suchithram Temple, Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhidham and Trivenisagam are some of the sightseeing attractions in Kanyakumari. Overnight at Kanyakumari.

Cochin – Munnar

After breakfast drive to Munnar (4½ hours), the beautiful hill station of Kerala. Transfer to hotel on arrival. Spend the remaining day at leisure and enjoy picturesque landscapes. Visit the aromatic tea plantations or indulge in thrilling sport activities like paragliding. Evening transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, full day sightseeing in and around Munnar. Enjoy panoramic views of Anamudi, the highest peak of South India at 2695 m, is visible from Munnar. Visit the Christ Church and proceed for wildlife watching at Eravikulam National Park (16 km).

Note: Park would be close from 01Jan to 28 Feb every year Continue to Rajamalai Hills lying adjacent to the park and stop by at Madupetty Dam, a famous picnic spot for boating and horse riding en route to Top Station.

Munnar - Thekkady/Periyar

After breakfast leave for Periyar in the morning (4 hours) and transfer to hotel on arrival. You may opt for a pleasant boat ride along the Periyar Lake in the evening. Enjoy watching varied birds and animals like tigers, elephants, wild boar, deer, etc. at the Periyar / Thekkady National Park. You can also visit a few tribal villages around Periyar and witness fascinating activities of tribals collecting honey from dangerous hill bees. Evening transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Thekkady - Kumarakom
